Outdoor inspection ok- advance notification from company of upcoming visit very unsatisfactory although company has been informed of this over the past 2 yrs- THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS

The customer service & professional insight from Shawn was great!

First they set up an appointment without my consent, expecting me to give a full day for them to come. Had to cancel and reschedule. Second, the time frame for the person to come, was not met.

My Orkin professional (Brian) arrived on time and explained any questions I had about the service with ample knowledge. He worked quickly and upon departure explained our schedule and that he would be the one proforming any and all services to our property once a month for the next year. Money well spent. I definitely recommend.

We have been an Orkin customer since 2014. I rely on Orkin to keep away mosquitoes, spiders, and water bugs.

Two years ago we discovered termites in our home. Of course we had to take action so we called Orbin. They were prompt and through, they did a great job. They explained the issue and what action they were taking to fix the problem. We’ve been satisfied with the service and plan to continue our contract with them.

We live in a wooded area & have a contract for regular inspection & treatment. Orkin always does a professional job. Always willing to answer questions re any pest issues we have. They readily come out between treatments if needed. If they cannot do it (I.e. armadillos) they will refer us to someone who can. We recommend them.

I like the way they are so respectful of property. I would tell anyone to pick them for their pest controls needs.
