First they set up an appointment without my consent, expecting me to give a full day for them to come. Had to cancel and reschedule. Second, the time frame for the person to come, was not met.
My Orkin professional (Brian) arrived on time and explained any questions I had about the service with ample knowledge. He worked quickly and upon departure explained our schedule and that he would be the one proforming any and all services to our property once a month for the next year. Money well spent. I definitely recommend.

Two years ago we discovered termites in our home. Of course we had to take action so we called Orbin. They were prompt and through, they did a great job. We live in a wooded area & have a contract for regular inspection & treatment. Orkin always does a professional job. Always willing to answer questions re any pest issues we have. They readily come out between treatments if needed. If they cannot do it (I.e. armadillos) they will refer us to someone who can. We recommend them.

Abdul is always awesome. He takes care of our home and helps us with any concerns we have. One of our neighbors had black widows and roaches but Abdul made sure we didn’t have the same problem and protected our home. We live on a lake so insects are always a concern. We have small children and we want to keep them safe. We know we are in good hands.
