Orkin is ...always was and will always be your best bet. Honestly...I came back because I witnessed this company remove an infestation from my aunty's home back in the 80's...it was awful! Her roaches were very very bad. And now today I reached out for my home health and they are still the greatest!

Our pest control server Jerez is very thorough and always on time. Since he became our server we no longer have a bug problem, he seems to know their hide outs and monitors those areas with each visit. Thanks Jerez we appreciate you and your work ethics. Way to go Orkin! 👍🏾👍🏾

Service started off great enough, the technicians would come out when we needed them to every month. Then it got to the point where I was receiving messages stating that a technician was out here when I was home and there was no technician to be found. This also does not include all the times that I have had to… Read full review

ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL

I bout had it with the service provider telling me the last time he was here.i was close to telling him to just leave..as if he shouldn't be back so soon.he did it 8.18 and the time before that.im really sick of it..he's getting paid And I'm paying orkin

If you want to pay over $200 just for someone to come and spray home defense around your house then go ahead, I was under the impression that they would knock Down spider webs treat inside and perimeter outside, it’s like it got worst after the pest control came

He was very informative and hopefully I’ll start to see result soon

New serviceman. On time, professional and did perform services. Quarterly spray for pest!

I had a small infestation that I couldn’t handle myself. I called a professional “Orkin.” This company was able to knock out the problem in the fist visit. The payments were scheduled accordingly and the service was hands down the best. Thank you Orkin!

I feel everything was explained to me before I signed any paperwork. When I showed them one of the bugs I had captured I was told it was a flying ant. At that time I was asked if I still required the services since my card had not been charged. I feel that they were trying to save me the money if I didn’t need the… Read full review

The gentleman that usually comes out is great. However we are still having problems. Feel like my issue will not be resolved and would be better trying to deal with it myself and save money. I also used to get text notifications when they are coming. Not anymore which can be an issue

The representative was kind and direct and had great information

Enjoy the service, bug's are a lot less.

Jerel is always friendly and courteous even though he’s a New York Yankees fan.

Well, the tech could not find the house in spite of his GPS. It’s on a Main Street that intersects with another Main Street. He needs to make appointments with it’s a house with unrelated residents. Had a great service in 2020 for roaches. The technician only treated my kitchen and downstairs area and did not treat the upstairs because there was no activity. I’m specifically doing this review for Rudolph Thomas our Pest Specialist. He’s incredible. Always on time if not early, always wears a mask and shoe covers, very personable/ super friendly, and takes care of any issues we have without hesitation. I highly recommend Rudolph. He’s the best!

Okay Thank You

The technician was friendly and on time. He even called prior to arriving to give us a heads up that he was on his way. The job was done thoroughly. Everyone I spoke to that worked for Orkin was professional.

The young man that came out to treat my home was very professional and knowledgeable of what he was doing. He was on time and quick.

Always nice and friendly. Have always came within stated time frame except today. Notified they would be here Thursday and they came Tuesday at 9:30 am. I work nights and had just went to bed and fell asleep. Didn't want to get up in my PJs for them to come in so only got 1/2 of treatment (outside) which is very irritating. Otherwise I have no complaints.

We live in Covington so I don't know if that makes a difference in how they treat us as customers but they did good the first 2 or 3 months we had them then July rolled around and they charged us for service and never once came out to perform it. They charged for August and came out on the very last day of the… Read full review

Orkin provides exceptional services. I originally signed up for a local company and the treatments failed to resolve issues. I reached out to Orkin & pest issues have been resolved. Tyson is my service technician. He is personable, honest, & dependable.

The tech that came to our home was thorough and very friendly. We’d like for him to be our permanent tech.

He was awesome! Thank you!

The inspector had a timely arrival and was very thorough with his spraying every room inside the house and replacing packets in needed areas. He also informed us before he began his inspection that he will contact later for the mosquitoes outside the home because of the impending rain today. he would give us a call next week for another time.

Excellent company with service that simply works. Professional.

Gabe was amazing! He explained everything. I’ve had orkin people come by and treat my homes before and never had a bad experience. Always friendly and kind, even works around my weird “keep the bugs out” contraptions that probably don’t actually help but make me feel better? Great people to work with.

Service representative was extremely professional and thorough ... reliable and courteous. Provided a $20 credit when arrived 6 minutes past scheduled arrival time for a first time assessment. Communication related to service was timely and informative re next steps. Who says the "big" guys don't understand customer service. Thank you Orkin and Mr. S.
