Service reps are always professional! In our busy lives we may forget so they always provide courtesy texts and calls as reminders. And above all they solved our issues inside and outside.

The gentleman that usually comes out is great. However we are still having problems. Feel like my issue will not be resolved and would be better trying to deal with it myself and save money. I also used to get text notifications when they are coming. Not anymore which can be an issue

My technician Jake (Jacob) is a very nice guy. Efficient and professional. If you live in GA u should have pest control in summer. I would definitely recommend and ask for Jake.

Orkin provides exceptional services. I originally signed up for a local company and the treatments failed to resolve issues. I reached out to Orkin & pest issues have been resolved. Tyson is my service technician. He is personable, honest, & dependable.

Lloyd Phillips, the Orkin Termite Control Inspector was very professional, and explained my service options in great detail. I look forward to having Orkin as my new service provider.

Inspector was one hour late. No call to notify he was going to be late. Spent most of his time in car. I am suspect of the inspection.
