Carl has been to our house twice now as we have a bi-monthly plan. On the first visit after purchasing our home his work made a noticeable difference. I have a contract with Orkin yet no one has come to do my service, when I rescheduled I waited the full 2 hour window and they never showed up. When I called they said they were not sure where he was or if he was coming? When I called back they said they had no open appointments for the next week. Why am I paying if… Read full review

Have used them in the past and they have always taken care of my pest problems and I have used other companies and they products never worked. When I have pest issues I will call orkin 💯

The service manager Clayton was amazing! He took the time to explain what treatment he was going to give and how it would help. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I feel the services are a bit overpriced imo.

Very professional..efficient and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail prior to starting. I'm very satisfied with Orkin from the Representative Gerald that established services to the technicians that came out.

Service started off great enough, the technicians would come out when we needed them to every month. The technician was on time and I received a text to let me know when to expect him. He was sensitive to my needs and did a good job.

Service reps are always professional! In our busy lives we may forget so they always provide courtesy texts and calls as reminders. And above all they solved our issues inside and outside.

My scheduled time was between 2 and 4. They didn't send an email that they were on the way until after 4 and arrived at 4:26. I had an appointment and had to leave by 4. I got an email that said the service was completed, but only the outside of the house was done. The inside was not done making the service not… Read full review
