The gentleman who came out did an awesome job were very good at explaining what was going on and the best way to treat it. They got everything set up on the same day absolutely amazing.

Have used them in the past and they have always taken care of my pest problems and I have used other companies and they products never worked. When I have pest issues I will call orkin 💯

The service manager Clayton was amazing! He took the time to explain what treatment he was going to give and how it would help. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I feel the services are a bit overpriced imo.

The technician was on time and I received a text to let me know when to expect him. He was sensitive to my needs and did a good job.

Service reps are always professional! In our busy lives we may forget so they always provide courtesy texts and calls as reminders. And above all they solved our issues inside and outside.

My scheduled time was between 2 and 4. They didn't send an email that they were on the way until after 4 and arrived at 4:26. I had an appointment and had to leave by 4. Quick and efficient. My wife is deadly afraid of roaches and bugs. They were able to put her mind at ease and are understanding if we call if we see more insects or roaches. They will come out and take care of them.
