The only reason I can’t give a 5 is because we have had bumps with the mosquito service without getting my money back. It didn’t work for me. But the resolution that was met with other problems has been great! I love the response when I have a bad experience. In the end, the customer service and response I receive…

The inspector had a timely arrival and was very thorough with his spraying every room inside the house and replacing packets in needed areas. He also informed us before he began his inspection that he will contact later for the mosquitoes outside the home because of the impending rain today. he would give us a call next week for another time.
Yes.
My Orkin technician is always caring and answers any questions I have. He is very polite and especially kind and caring with my 2 small dogs.
They’re inconsistent about alerting me when they’re on the way. They also bill me before the service has happened. Finally, I don’t think the technician is treating the backyard.

Worry free visit.
Left a message on Saturday that I suddenly noticed massive mosquito presence. My Orkin man called me on his day off to advise he'd be out Monday. He showed up and sprayed around front, back and sides of house. I can always count on him to show up when he says he's coming and to ask if I'm having any bug problems.…
They arrived on time well within the promised window. Titus also called 15 minutes before arriving. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We would gladly recommend this service to our friends and family.
