The technician was knowledgeable and professional and efficient. Thank you for a job more than well done, Excellent !
There were a little misunderstanding, someone call me back within 1hr and went over the details with me to insure I understood and apologized for the misunderstanding on both ends. Also he sent a technician out the same day. Which was to me great customer service. The Technician was very detail and knowledgeable about his job.
My service technician is Jeremy. He is always very pleasant, very thorough. He takes pictures of what he does to make sure that he covers every area. Can't ask for it any better than that⭐

The representative always does excellent work. He answers all of our concerns, very professional, and has very good knowledge of his work, along with good work ethics. I say this because about a month ago we started to see little gnats laying eggs in our kitchen area, I called Orkin because it was spiraling out of…
The Orkin team worked very hard , especially on the craw spaces taking out the boxes of old stuff, and keeping us in the loop, good team effort.
