There were a little misunderstanding, someone call me back within 1hr and went over the details with me to insure I understood and apologized for the misunderstanding on both ends. Also he sent a technician out the same day. Which was to me great customer service. The Technician was very detail and knowledgeable about his job.

I have rats coming out of the woods in a new development with current construction. The office in Stockbridge uses a flimsy board that even the frogs take off with them. IThey need the boards that Conyers office supply.
