The technician was friendly and on time. He even called prior to arriving to give us a heads up that he was on his way. The job was done thoroughly. Everyone I spoke to that worked for Orkin was professional.

Always nice and friendly. Have always came within stated time frame except today. Notified they would be here Thursday and they came Tuesday at 9:30 am. I work nights and had just went to bed and fell asleep. Didn't want to get up in my PJs for them to come in so only got 1/2 of treatment (outside) which is very irritating. Otherwise I have no complaints.
