This is the second consecutive year that I haven't received an advance notice that someone would be coming to my home. What's worse is that I'm not offered the opportunity to schedule an appt. Who just shows up to someone's home without a scheduled appointment.??

I have Orkin termite and pest control services. Today I experienced a termite service with Stephanie. Stephanie is superb, 5 star review! She is the only person who has come inside of my home for a termite inspection. Mind you I have had termite services for over five years now with Orkin. The previous gentleman…

Javon was very professional. He had to work around my 4 pit bull boxers amd that was not a problem for him which made the visit so easy!! We have been using Orkin for about 4 years now and this was Javon's second visit with us. We are very happy customers and look forward to any and all Orkin professionals that come to our home.
