Great job. Very professional.
Very professional and they get the job done My Orkin man is the best
This is the second consecutive year that I haven't received an advance notice that someone would be coming to my home. What's worse is that I'm not offered the opportunity to schedule an appt. Who just shows up to someone's home without a scheduled appointment.??
Always polite and punctual. Ready to assist with whatever questions we might have.

Javon was very professional. He had to work around my 4 pit bull boxers amd that was not a problem for him which made the visit so easy!! We have been using Orkin for about 4 years now and this was Javon's second visit with us. We are very happy customers and look forward to any and all Orkin professionals that come to our home.

Great service. Mr. Will or William with the company is a great helper and does great work.
The Orkin tech was careful & meticulous with his inspection as well as application of treatments. During this time, he simultaneously answered all my questions & addressed current & future concerns about going forward. Service like this, even when you think you've spent on the best is increasingly hard to come by.…
We have used Orkin in general for over 20 years, and this location for 16+ years, for regular treatment, termite inspection, and the occasional bug event. Always on time and very friendly and professional workers. Would highly recommend them.
William, my assigned technician is very professional and through when he treats my home. I give him ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mr. Tracey Wilson implemented my yearly termite inspection. He was very professional, thorough, detailed and excellent customer service. Please send him for my inspection. I have not got this type of service since Mr. Creasy was my tech.

Good job by friendly and courteous technician.
Orkin works with me on scheduling when there will be someone at the home.also call before they come
The only reason I can’t give a 5 is because we have had bumps with the mosquito service without getting my money back. It didn’t work for me. But the resolution that was met with other problems has been great! I love the response when I have a bad experience. In the end, the customer service and response I receive…

Always satisfied with the service.
Professional service
Jarvis, Will, and Phil were very professional. Jarvis checked out all of my concerns and offered his advice. Will and Phil came early the next morning and installed the baits and explained their procedure to me.
Lloyd Phillips, the Orkin Termite Control Inspector was very professional, and explained my service options in great detail. I look forward to having Orkin as my new service provider.
Awesome service
The inspector came to the house and went into the basement and stayed a few minutes and then went outside. He never came back inside to give the report of the inspection or to say goodbye or anything else. This was not satisfactory to us.
Joesph just completed the annual termite inspection of our buildings while observing all infectious disease protocols which we appreciated.
