He has been doing our service calls since August 1,2026.
Tony has always arrived within the given timeframe for scheduled service. He has politely answered all our questions. The treatments have been done in a professional manner.
Admittedly, I am very critical. I like jobs to be handled in a timely manner and to the best humanly possible extent. However, I am also realistic. I would love to see instant results, but when dealing with ‘unwanted pests’, I have found that patience is of utmost importance!
I did not give a 5* review, because I am still waiting for the final results. Again, this review applies only to Tony, our technician! This does not reflect my opinion on the phone operators, office staff, or the company itself. In the end, it is the technician and the products used that will truly make the difference!
