Thank you Gary for always doing a great job! You’re the best!

Came quick after a beetle and ant problem and left very efficent and great advice.

Very painless experience, not only were they extremely early so I was able to continue with my day smoothly but both the technician and the gentleman doing the estimate on sealing the house were friendly, polite, and just all around pleasant people. Their work was thorough and efficient. A very good way to start off a customer experience.

Great experience from the phone call to schedule to the actual service. Randall was super thorough and very respectful of our home and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Pricing was great as well!

Showed up on time, professional

4/3/24—Orkin is still my pest and termite control company. Today they did a refresh on my termite control which was originally done over 10 years ago. My home will continue to be termite free. The techs are skilled and the service is great. Thanks, Orkin! Orkin has done my pest and termite control for many years.… Read full review

Good service at a good price. My technician is friendly and always asks what kind of insects i am seeing so that he can treat the property appropriately. Service is actually better than four stars, but cannot do fractional stars so has to go with four.

I have only had great experiences with Orkin. I have called them at random times and they always find time to come and treat the areas needed. The extermination has always worked. The technician assigned to my home communicates very well. He informs me before arriving and as he is leaving. I have been with Orkin for… Read full review

I have been using Orkin since moving back to Waco in 2019. Gary is the technician that services my Mom’s, my brother’s and my home. He is very professional and experienced. If I have a concern, Gary is knowledgeable and able to give me options available to me.

We have been with Orkin for several years and have never had any complaints. If we need them to come out and respray for any reason then they are very timely. The mosquito treatment is amazing and I would not go a summer without it. Our technician, Gary, is the absolute best! His customer service and friendly attitude can’t be beat!

The technician was friendly and professional a pleasure to work with.

I’m so pleased with the awesome service and assistance I receive from Orkin!

Gary does a great job keeping our home pest free!

This Orkin branch has been the absolute best at taking care of our pest problems. They are also very flexible in changing our appointment day if we are busy that day. We originally moved from the Ft. Worth area and we were about to drop Orkin because most of the time they would show up late if at all. This branch… Read full review

We were very impressed Orkin was able to come to our house the day after I called them. Chris came out to our house perfectly on time. We told him about our bug dilemma and he went straight to work. Chris did an awesome job, not to mention on a Saturday of all days. If I could give 10 stars I would, great job Chris!

Very good and knew what he was talking about!

Very thorough inspection of the house

Gary is the best!!!

I guess that is what he did. Really not sure. That is what should have been done I think.

We have been loyal customers with Orkin for several years now and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. They are quick to respond and handle any situation we have. We are very satisfied with their services.

Protection barrier inside and out

I have used Orkin for decades and always with great results, if problems not eliminated on the first trip, they’re back to finish it up. Gary has done a great job for us. I once thought I could do it by myself but then learned Orkin could fill my pest control needs faster, better and cheaper in the long run than I could, so I use Orkin.

Well worth the cost . I do not have to worry about bugs or termites.

Very professional and on time!! Love that! So many people who I know use their services. They come highly recommended. I feel good knowing my money is being spent for good quality services.

I was terribly disappointed with my service today. It was below freezing outside and the tech said instead of liquid he would use granules. He asked me to sign ahead of time so he wouldn’t have to bother me. He loaded granules into a hand held spreader and five minutes he was back at his truck emptying the granules… Read full review

They have been out 2 times that I know of, and haven’t put a dent in my ant problem. As a matter of fact I want to fire them.

Our Orkin man is very knowledgeable, and personable ... he provides exemplary service...

They came out twice and I still have an ant problem. I will probably discontinue the service.

Great service

Always friendly and they use spray that won't hurt children or our fur babies. I have them come on a regular basis. No bugs or spiders here!

Kevin was very personable and professional.

They were on time and very professional.

The technician was very polite and professional. We’ve been using them for months and have been very pleased with the results. Living out in the country we normally see lots of bugs in the house, but since using Orkin there have been very little activity in the big front.

My servicemen is always on time, friendly, and makes friend’s with my dog. Once, I had an issue with tiny ants coming up my sink and the service was out immediately. Orkin preformed service 60 miles away, before I moved to Waco, and still does for others. The service was for the same quarterly fee.

Used orkin before in the past and have always been satisfied with their services over any other pest control companies. 5 star service. They get the job done and get it done right. Thank you orkin

Great to have James as our agent. He does a through job and pleasant to work with. ORKIN MUST BE TREATING HIM RIGHT .

I have crazy ants so bad and seems like the product doesn’t work on them! I don’t feel like it’s any sense paying for pest control and still have them so bad! They are everywhere! Not happy at all. At least Israel tries his best very nice man!

Very professional, and polite. Showed up early, and finished in a timely matter.

William was quite knowledgeable and he explained how he would proceed in future visits. I’m looking forward to many bugless years with Orkin.
