I always have a great experience with Orkin. They show up on time, do a thorough job in protecting my home from pests. They complete the job even if I am away from my home.

Tech was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Came quick after a beetle and ant problem and left very efficent and great advice.

Very painless experience, not only were they extremely early so I was able to continue with my day smoothly but both the technician and the gentleman doing the estimate on sealing the house were friendly, polite, and just all around pleasant people. Their work was thorough and efficient. A very good way to start off a customer experience.

Good service at a good price. My technician is friendly and always asks what kind of insects i am seeing so that he can treat the property appropriately. Service is actually better than four stars, but cannot do fractional stars so has to go with four.

I have been using Orkin since moving back to Waco in 2019. Gary is the technician that services my Mom’s, my brother’s and my home. He is very professional and experienced. If I have a concern, Gary is knowledgeable and able to give me options available to me.

We have been with Orkin for several years and have never had any complaints. If we need them to come out and respray for any reason then they are very timely. The mosquito treatment is amazing and I would not go a summer without it. Our technician, Gary, is the absolute best! His customer service and friendly attitude can’t be beat!

We were very impressed Orkin was able to come to our house the day after I called them. Chris came out to our house perfectly on time. We told him about our bug dilemma and he went straight to work. Protection barrier inside and out

I have used Orkin for decades and always with great results, if problems not eliminated on the first trip, they’re back to finish it up. Gary has done a great job for us. I once thought I could do it by myself but then learned Orkin could fill my pest control needs faster, better and cheaper in the long run than I could, so I use Orkin.

Well worth the cost . I do not have to worry about bugs or termites.

I was terribly disappointed with my service today. It was below freezing outside and the tech said instead of liquid he would use granules. He asked me to sign ahead of time so he wouldn’t have to bother me. He loaded granules into a hand held spreader and five minutes he was back at his truck emptying the granules… Read full review

They have been out 2 times that I know of, and haven’t put a dent in my ant problem. As a matter of fact I want to fire them.

My servicemen is always on time, friendly, and makes friend’s with my dog. Once, I had an issue with tiny ants coming up my sink and the service was out immediately. Orkin preformed service 60 miles away, before I moved to Waco, and still does for others. The service was for the same quarterly fee.

I have crazy ants so bad and seems like the product doesn’t work on them! I don’t feel like it’s any sense paying for pest control and still have them so bad! They are everywhere! Not happy at all. At least Israel tries his best very nice man!
