Orkin

Gary Martin has been and continues to be a great technician. Always on time and he keeps our home bug free.

Very painless experience, not only were they extremely early so I was able to continue with my day smoothly but both the technician and the gentleman doing the estimate on sealing the house were friendly, polite, and just all around pleasant people. Their work was thorough and efficient. A very good way to start off a customer experience.

Very professional. Always on time and very affordable.

I had a great experience with Benjamin J Smith from Orkin Pest Control. He was professional, personable, empathetic, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the treatment process and answer all of my questions. He arrived on time, was courteous, and thoroughly inspected the property before tackling everything. I… Read full review

I already had termite service with orkin. I really appreciate the fast service. The employee was helpful and very thorough on what was done and what to do if I have any other problems or concerns.

Love your service. My Tech is awesome. Knowledgeable, kind, attentive to issues and always on time. Best contract I’ve committed to in a long time.

I told my Orkin guy about my moth infestation. He told me what kind of moth it was and that I had corn meal somewhere in the kitchen. Problem solved!!!

Mark arrived right on time and was very informative about the process and what to expect.

Had a great guy and took care of us thanks.

Good service at a good price. My technician is friendly and always asks what kind of insects i am seeing so that he can treat the property appropriately. Service is actually better than four stars, but cannot do fractional stars so has to go with four.

Friendly, fast service and absolutely no more pest .

Orkin pest control has been the best service and has not only helped me in resolving my issues with insects and other pest but has helped maintain and prevent more issues. Orkin pest control has given me a peace of mind. I will continue to use their services.

Orkin is awesome! I love the communication via text and the follow up! I haven’t seen a pest since beginning my service. Thank you!!! Orkin is always looking out for me and my home! I greatly appreciate their service providers!

We have been with Orkin for several years and have never had any complaints. If we need them to come out and respray for any reason then they are very timely. The mosquito treatment is amazing and I would not go a summer without it. Our technician, Gary, is the absolute best! His customer service and friendly attitude can’t be beat!

Gary does a great job keeping our home pest free!

This Orkin branch has been the absolute best at taking care of our pest problems. They are also very flexible in changing our appointment day if we are busy that day. We originally moved from the Ft. Worth area and we were about to drop Orkin because most of the time they would show up late if at all. This branch… Read full review

Tommy is the best. So personable, and knowledgeable. We seldom have any bugs come into the house. Could not ask for anyone better Thanks for his and your companies service.

Matthew arrived on time and got straight to work. He was kind and professional and took the time to educate me about the insect population, which helped put my mind at ease. Throughout his visit, he was mindful of my cat (who is very timid) while still being extremely thorough.

Orkin makes things simple. They have great communication and are on time. They listen and always follow through.

I guess that is what he did. Really not sure. That is what should have been done I think.

Great service!

Thank you so much for all, highly recommended 😃

Protection barrier inside and out

Chris was very thorough and friendly. I appreciate him listening to all my questions and concerns.

I have used Orkin for decades and always with great results, if problems not eliminated on the first trip, they’re back to finish it up. Gary has done a great job for us. I once thought I could do it by myself but then learned Orkin could fill my pest control needs faster, better and cheaper in the long run than I could, so I use Orkin.

Always been satisfied with business!

Very friendly and very good. I will continue my service with them. I haven’t been able to say this for a long time but, it is money well spent!

I have NO proof that Orkin even came to my house to perform the service. I did NOT have any contact or see the service person at my residence. I will NOT be paying any charges on my credit card for a service that I did NOT receive.

I really thought our technician was well educated and knowledgeable. Ask my concerns about pet safety were met and all of the questions I had were answered before I even asked them. I liked that we discussed everything before hand instead of jumping into payment right away. I felt like all of our needs were met. The… Read full review

you can NEVER reach them by phone! I have been trying for 30 days and their phone is either busy or it never gets connected to talk to anyone! Plus if you do get through to anyone....it is a call center....you don't directly talk to someone in your area....NOT GOOD customer service!

He was quick and thourough

My servicemen is always on time, friendly, and makes friend’s with my dog. Once, I had an issue with tiny ants coming up my sink and the service was out immediately. Orkin preformed service 60 miles away, before I moved to Waco, and still does for others. The service was for the same quarterly fee.

Tommy Hudson is the best in the business.

I loved my experience with Orkin. The technician was awesome. He was very good and polite and explained every detail of what he did. I’m very happy with Kevin.

Used orkin before in the past and have always been satisfied with their services over any other pest control companies. 5 star service. They get the job done and get it done right. Thank you orkin

I have crazy ants so bad and seems like the product doesn’t work on them! I don’t feel like it’s any sense paying for pest control and still have them so bad! They are everywhere! Not happy at all. At least Israel tries his best very nice man!

William was quite knowledgeable and he explained how he would proceed in future visits. I’m looking forward to many bugless years with Orkin.
