Good service at a good price. My technician is friendly and always asks what kind of insects i am seeing so that he can treat the property appropriately. Service is actually better than four stars, but cannot do fractional stars so has to go with four.

We have been with Orkin for several years and have never had any complaints. If we need them to come out and respray for any reason then they are very timely. I love orkin. If I ever have a problem I call Gary or the office and it is quickly resolved. I still enjoy using my guy after all these years.

Tony came out to the house, cool down to earth guy, he treated our home and did a good job he explained everything he was doing in the process, we will ask for him come our next visit. As far as results go we shall see.

I have been a customer of the WACO location for around 20 years - just had a service by Junior and am highly satisfied. Wish he was my permanent technician, he reminds me of Jovan. Very through and knowledgeable.

I was terribly disappointed with my service today. It was below freezing outside and the tech said instead of liquid he would use granules. He asked me to sign ahead of time so he wouldn’t have to bother me. He loaded granules into a hand held spreader and five minutes he was back at his truck emptying the granules… Read full review

Called about spiders, scorpions and millipedes

you can NEVER reach them by phone! I have been trying for 30 days and their phone is either busy or it never gets connected to talk to anyone! Plus if you do get through to anyone....it is a call center....you don't directly talk to someone in your area....NOT GOOD customer service!

Showed up on time, cleared up a miscommunication I had fairly quickly about a flea treatment and quickly took care of roughly 7 wasp nests around my home within the hour. Plan on continuing use and keeping my home wasp free.

My servicemen is always on time, friendly, and makes friend’s with my dog. Once, I had an issue with tiny ants coming up my sink and the service was out immediately. Orkin preformed service 60 miles away, before I moved to Waco, and still does for others. The service was for the same quarterly fee.
