Very painless experience, not only were they extremely early so I was able to continue with my day smoothly but both the technician and the gentleman doing the estimate on sealing the house were friendly, polite, and just all around pleasant people. I had wasps under my deck which were taken care of in short order. The inspector found a major problem in my attic. Mice chewing the wiring which makes a major fire hazard.
