Very painless experience, not only were they extremely early so I was able to continue with my day smoothly but both the technician and the gentleman doing the estimate on sealing the house were friendly, polite, and just all around pleasant people. They removed attic insulation and disinfected and blew in new insulation. The worker were friendly, polite, and neat, cleaned up after themselves .

I have been using Orkin since moving back to Waco in 2019. Gary is the technician that services my Mom’s, my brother’s and my home. He is very professional and experienced. If I have a concern, Gary is knowledgeable and able to give me options available to me.

We have been with Orkin for several years and have never had any complaints. If we need them to come out and respray for any reason then they are very timely. The mosquito treatment is amazing and I would not go a summer without it. Our technician, Gary, is the absolute best! His customer service and friendly attitude can’t be beat!

I have used Orkin for decades and always with great results, if problems not eliminated on the first trip, they’re back to finish it up. Gary has done a great job for us. I once thought I could do it by myself but then learned Orkin could fill my pest control needs faster, better and cheaper in the long run than I could, so I use Orkin.
