Very painless experience, not only were they extremely early so I was able to continue with my day smoothly but both the technician and the gentleman doing the estimate on sealing the house were friendly, polite, and just all around pleasant people. The general extermination services are excellent with trained, competent, professional personnel. Very reliable and effective!

They removed attic insulation and disinfected and blew in new insulation. The worker were friendly, polite, and neat, cleaned up after themselves .

I have been using Orkin since moving back to Waco in 2019. Gary is the technician that services my Mom’s, my brother’s and my home. He is very professional and experienced. If I have a concern, Gary is knowledgeable and able to give me options available to me.

We have been with Orkin for several years and have never had any complaints. If we need them to come out and respray for any reason then they are very timely. The mosquito treatment is amazing and I would not go a summer without it. Our technician, Gary, is the absolute best! His customer service and friendly attitude can’t be beat!

I have used Orkin for decades and always with great results, if problems not eliminated on the first trip, they’re back to finish it up. Gary has done a great job for us. I once thought I could do it by myself but then learned Orkin could fill my pest control needs faster, better and cheaper in the long run than I could, so I use Orkin.

Called about spiders, scorpions and millipedes

you can NEVER reach them by phone! I have been trying for 30 days and their phone is either busy or it never gets connected to talk to anyone! Plus if you do get through to anyone....it is a call center....you don't directly talk to someone in your area....NOT GOOD customer service!

Always friendly and they use spray that won't hurt children or our fur babies. I have them come on a regular basis. No bugs or spiders here!
