Very painless experience, not only were they extremely early so I was able to continue with my day smoothly but both the technician and the gentleman doing the estimate on sealing the house were friendly, polite, and just all around pleasant people. Their work was thorough and efficient. A very good way to start off a customer experience.

I'm always weary about people being at my house when I'm not home just due to my wife/children being there and security, but my wife said that she had a very professional experience from our technician, Thomas. This is our initial service and the inspection by Ernesto beforehand was a good experience as well. So far… Read full review

Our guy Benjamin has been on top of keeping our little pest under control. Thank you for all your hard work.

Love your service. My Tech is awesome. Knowledgeable, kind, attentive to issues and always on time. Best contract I’ve committed to in a long time.

Good service at a good price. My technician is friendly and always asks what kind of insects i am seeing so that he can treat the property appropriately. Service is actually better than four stars, but cannot do fractional stars so has to go with four.

Benjamin is always easy to work with. He has our scorpions under control and really helped with field mice control. Very professional and has vast knowledge. Tom Koons

Tommy is the best there is.

This Orkin branch has been the absolute best at taking care of our pest problems. They are also very flexible in changing our appointment day if we are busy that day. We originally moved from the Ft. Worth area and we were about to drop Orkin because most of the time they would show up late if at all. This branch… Read full review

We had Gary show up and, after all the positive reviews of him I read, I saw why he received those reviews! Very knowledgeable and reassuring for us and our issue. Took a huge relief off my shoulders. He was very professional and made us laugh! Thanks Gary!

Tommy is the best. So personable, and knowledgeable. We seldom have any bugs come into the house. Could not ask for anyone better Thanks for his and your companies service.

Matthew arrived on time and got straight to work. He was kind and professional and took the time to educate me about the insect population, which helped put my mind at ease. Throughout his visit, he was mindful of my cat (who is very timid) while still being extremely thorough.

Orkin makes things simple. They have great communication and are on time. They listen and always follow through.

I have used Orkin at different times in my life, and they have always been curtious and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They always let you know when they are coming to do your service and what services they will be administering that day.

I have used Orkin for decades and always with great results, if problems not eliminated on the first trip, they’re back to finish it up. Gary has done a great job for us. I once thought I could do it by myself but then learned Orkin could fill my pest control needs faster, better and cheaper in the long run than I could, so I use Orkin.

Well worth the cost . I do not have to worry about bugs or termites.

Tommy took his time doing his job and making sure it was done right. I was very pleased with his work , his knowledge and how he kept me informed to as what he was doing and using.

We've been using Orkin for several years. Israel has been our technician for years and they provide an excellent service for our home! Highly recommend this company and their professionalism.

Called about spiders, scorpions and millipedes

you can NEVER reach them by phone! I have been trying for 30 days and their phone is either busy or it never gets connected to talk to anyone! Plus if you do get through to anyone....it is a call center....you don't directly talk to someone in your area....NOT GOOD customer service!

Absolutely encourage everyone to use Orkin - James was helpful - knowledgeable & thorough.

Tommy is my Orkin technician, he is very knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommend!

James was great. Explained what he would be doing for pest control, types of products used and how it's scheduled. Would highly recommend

Our Orkin man is very knowledgeable, and personable ... he provides exemplary service...

Always friendly and they use spray that won't hurt children or our fur babies. I have them come on a regular basis. No bugs or spiders here!

The technician was very polite and professional. We’ve been using them for months and have been very pleased with the results. Living out in the country we normally see lots of bugs in the house, but since using Orkin there have been very little activity in the big front.

As always, my technician from Orkin, Israel, was fantastic! Friendly, professional, and prompt!

Tommy is the best tech ever! Orkin is so responsive and always takes care of us.

Israel is a wonderful technician who comes out and does a good job. I am satisfied with my service with Orkin.

Friendly knowledgeable and worked around my schedule

Gary always does a great job and is friendly. My dog Hunter n I consider him a friend.

My servicemen is always on time, friendly, and makes friend’s with my dog. Once, I had an issue with tiny ants coming up my sink and the service was out immediately. Orkin preformed service 60 miles away, before I moved to Waco, and still does for others. The service was for the same quarterly fee.

Tommy Hudson is the best in the business.

Very thorough and friendly! Goes above and beyond to help me feel safe from bugs and rodents in my house!
