I am very happy with the Orkin services we have used.
We called them multiple times to cancel the service indefinitely as I have been out of the country. Even if my grown up children are home and call them NOT to come, Orkin still show up. Such a waste of time advising them NOT to but still continue with the service. So unacceptable.

Very proactive. Received two calls from tech including 2 texts alerting me of prem visit being that day. They are always professional & courteous. Thanks Orkin!
Orkin always sends a text with a window time when they will be at our home. They are always thorough in their inspections. We have had several different employees come to our house and they always ask questions and ensure they take care of all of our needs. We have had a great experience using them and are very happy with the service.
I have had this service for about a year & am very pleased with the service. And if in between service calls, if I find pesky bugs or ants, they come out and take care of it. I highly recommend them.

All good.
The work order listed did not match what the cameras recorded. I’m not happy with the worker sent to my house on 12/3. Please do not charge me for this service and do not send this worker to my house again.
Our Orkin guy is always friendly, polite and gets their job done. We haven’t had a problem since we use Orkin.
