Orkin

CJ with Orkin has gone above and beyond to help me get rid of my new kitchen guests (black ants). These ants are pretty sneaky and where one entry point is blocked by pesticide, another opens up. I’m seeing less now and hope to not see any very soon.

Orkin's specialist was communicative, fast, and effective. I highly recommend them.

He came that afternoon . He was quick. And courteous, and my dog loved him.

Very friendly and efficient. We have been with Orkin for over two years now and have never had a complaint. Great people!

Professional and helpful.

Always great service. Tech Zoe is very understanding of any insect problems.

Great to work with

Collin always does a great job. He takes his time, is methodical with the application, and has great attention to detail. He's also personable and listens to my concerns.

Orkin always on time and the service is great. Thank you for all your hard work.

In my experience, Orkin is the best place to go for all your pest control needs. They’ve been coming to my home since we bought it, over 7 years ago and to our house in Nevada before that. All of their representatives have been professional, kind, and good at their job. You really can’t ask for more. Don’t be fooled… Read full review

We have Orkin come 4 times a year, because we live in an agricultural area and lots of flies and other insects and mice surround us. They do a great job; over several years the insects in our house have significantly decreased, and we are far less annoyed than we were when we moved here. Our house is a restored 120… Read full review

Appointment was re-scheduled for today 21st.-on phone message. That was a problem due to late notification-coming on that day—-I was not home to let access to garage to set boxes. Next time I need at least one day notice of any change! I don’t know what services were done. Thank you!

Tec was professional and was very knowledgeable about his work

Vince did our service(Orkin) and was completely professional and thorough. He answered all my questions and concerns with respect and went to work on them. He really went above and beyond. I hope we get Vince back for our regular service every time. Editing my review from 5 stars to 2. Orkin as a business is a… Read full review

Lee is the absolute best! Extremely knowledgeable when it comes to spider species, bugs, and hornets. Always a pleasure to have him come through and give me piece of mind "that they're more scared of us, than us them". Thank you Lee for taking care of our pest concerns.

Orkin is worth every penny. The staff are professional and know their pests. I have continued to use them for five years at my home and have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

He was very respectful of everyone in the house. Wore covers on his shoes and was very good to explain what he was doing. Thank you.

Great job. The tec. Was informed and did a good job explaining what he was going to do to solve my problem.

Today was my first experience with Orkin & it was good. Lee has been awesome as our Orkin technician! Can’t say enough about his friendliness and knowledge of the pests we have seen. Every time he comes and addresses any problems and they go away almost instantly!

Professional, thorough, pleasant

Harrison showed up on time and went through everything. I’ve been with Orkin for about a year now and he definitely was the best yet. He covered all areas we were worried about and was so professional! But he was also personable and easy going.

Had a couple hiccups with scheduling but other than that it was excellent service. Keleaf was amazing and super friendly. Answered all my questions and concerns I had.

Orkin is very professional, expedient, careful, and on time with our ant control treatments.

We had Keleaf Lee come out and inspect and spray for us. He was amazing and this company is very professional. Absolutely loved our experience and can’t wait to continue service with them!

We had really bad sugar ants in our kitchen, and hired Orkin to get rid of them. Its been a good experience. The first few treatments didn't get them for good, but Tony our technician kept coming back whenever we needed and eventually found a good combination that kept those sugar ants away. Very happy with their professionalism and service.

The specialist was informative, fast, and professional. So glad I called.

Glenn was fast at determining where the Carpet beatles were nesting and quick to putting some dust and liquid down to get ride of them. He offers quite a bit of information that'll help with future needs. 10/10 would recommend

Very friendly and knowledgeable technician! Excited to get rid of our ants

Good service. Friendly and professional.

Orkin drops those bugs like a boss. BUG 🕶 LIFE

I’ve enjoyed working with Orkin for the most part. It started out a bit bumpy because of some staffing issues, which is why I put in 4 stars. I also didn’t feel like the initial house inspection was as thorough as it could have been. But my past few services have been great. Super easy, punctual, quick. And I… Read full review

The best part of your service is mainly due to Kevin. He is respectful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. 😊

Took the time to answer all our questions. Very professional. It is hard to find companies you can trust. We are new customers, but so far we would recommend to others.

I felt they were very knowledgeable and helpful

John came and he was very knowledgeable and was very detailed in the process of what he would do, how he would do it, what to do after, etc. We really felt like we were in good hands.

Kevin is a great guy! I prefer Orkin over all others, seems local companies aren't as communicative and their formula less powerful than Orkin. Some scheduling issues sometimes but hopefully it's gonna be nipped in the bud in the coming sessions.

They did a great job, were courteous & answered all my questions.

Rafael is great. He always does a great job ie very through and complete.

We had actually missed the appointment by 30 minutes and the Orkin technician came back to service our house... Amazing customer service and explained everything in great detail to us... Thank you so much!!!!

Carter was very professional and knowledgeable he answered all my questions and helped me understand where the problems were originating from. I will be referring Orkin and carter for future customers.

Every year we have a horrible problem with ants. These guys have been coming and helping us for the last 5 years and they've solved the problem

We’ve been using Orkin for years! They do a great job and the staff is always friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

Very thorough, tech was friendly and knowledgeable, very affordable also.

Technician Was supposed to contact us to tell us he was coming and he did not. He arrived and did a treatment that we did not request that required us to water outside our house and keep our dog Off the area where he spread chemical pebbles without telling us he was going to do this. I will be looking for another service to replace Orkin

Our service provider is excellent at his job. Considerate, professional and very knowledgeable. I’m very happy with my technician and the service he provided.

They didn’t give me the mosquito service when I specifically asked for it, and they weren’t very thorough with the rest of the service. Sad. Next time I will use Aptive!

Had sugar ants. Inspected & sprayed garage patio & inside home.

Excellent customer service! I wanted to commend my service tech Vince for a great job. He was mindful of my requests and needs and went the extra mile.

Very professional and fast.

The technicians are always very professional. I appreciate their knowledge and job expertise. Orkin does an awesome job!

Our Orkin Technician always arrives on time, checks in with us to learn of any special issues or needs and then sets about to thoroughly take care of them. He is a professional with a strong customer service focus.

Very friendly, works instantly

Everyone we have worked with have been great!

Fairly decent service. Bit overpriced for commercial. Techs are vocal conspiracy theorist covid deniers. So if that's your kind of thing then this is the company for you. As for us, we will be seeking an alternative contract elsewhere.

My technician Vince is really good at spraying areas that really bad. He is very polite. He is very thoughtful of our needs.

Our house has become insect free with the treatment provided professionally. Great service.

Excellent service technician

Great service, awesome customer service!

Exceptional customer service!

Have been professional and efficient in their service. Communication is good (this is a property I manage) but there have been times when the auto scheduling system doesn’t do a very good job. Overall very satisfied.

I’m very pleased with my service today! I was sent text messages to let me know when the representative was on the way, and when he arrived! ( on time might I add!) Vincent was very thorough and explained the service agreement and process in detail.

I am very satisfied with the service I receive from Orkin. I have not had any problem with ants or spiders since I have been using your service. The service tech is great and does a good job.

Best bug and pest

Full inspection and spraying both inside and outside of the home. Very professional and highly recommend. Top-notch service. Will always use Orkin!

Great service, great tech.

Great company. I use them mostly for the Box Elder bugs and they definitely help. The lack of other pests was just a bonus for me. Any time I call they are quick to respond and their techs are great.

I felt like this company has always been on time and very communicative. Their service is great and very well affordable. I would highly recommend them if your having a big problem.
