Orkin is worth every penny. The staff are professional and know their pests. I have continued to use them for five years at my home and have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

He was very respectful of everyone in the house. Wore covers on his shoes and was very good to explain what he was doing. Thank you.

Kevin is a great guy! I prefer Orkin over all others, seems local companies aren't as communicative and their formula less powerful than Orkin. Some scheduling issues sometimes but hopefully it's gonna be nipped in the bud in the coming sessions.

Rafael is great. He always does a great job ie very through and complete.

Not happy with Orkin just showing up without notifying me, like today (2/17/22) Outside, front yard service performed - Want prorated pricing!

Technician Was supposed to contact us to tell us he was coming and he did not. He arrived and did a treatment that we did not request that required us to water outside our house and keep our dog Off the area where he spread chemical pebbles without telling us he was going to do this. I will be looking for another service to replace Orkin

Have been professional and efficient in their service. Communication is good (this is a property I manage) but there have been times when the auto scheduling system doesn’t do a very good job. Overall very satisfied.

Great company. I use them mostly for the Box Elder bugs and they definitely help. The lack of other pests was just a bonus for me. Any time I call they are quick to respond and their techs are great.

They are always super friendly and professional and are very good at letting you know when they will be there and sticking to their time frames. Great company in my opinion.

We’ve been using Orkin for years and I’ve always been happy with their work. They’re very accommodating, professional and thorough.

I can’t really give a full review of their services until I notice a difference in the spiders and beetles that are in my house. The representative was kind and cleaned the house on the outside. We use them for work and I’ve been happy with their work, which is why I chose them on my house.

Jim and Hayden were beyond professional, especially in today’s pandemic environment, and friendly with their service. I truly hope they are the technicians for all of my follow up scheduled visits because of how wonderful they were!!
