Orion has done a good job for us. I don’t feel like they are trying to upsell too much- just want to take care of us. The last person who came seemed so nervous she would offend me about telling me that we also have to manage the fruit flies in our kitchen - I have kids, they leave stuff out, it’s ok! We are doing our best.

Used Orkin's services in the past. Called them back after being away for a while. The service tech was thorough, polite, friendly, and eager to help with my bug problems.

Not a good company - bad service - bad support - no way to contact the - they how up and give you no options to an actual appointment and there is no way to cancel. Most important, their bug sprays are inneffective. Buy some spray from Home Depot and avoid these scammers.

Larry and Braden have been terrific. They are not just friendly and thorough, but also informative. And they are always willing to go the extra mile. *Hayden, too!

I have had extream difficulty with the current bugs I have getting an answer and getting it treated in a timely matter

We use them but scheduling is an issue and the are poor at following up to reschedule. We would like wasp help but see no improvement on that and would like that service but not so great communication

Lee has been awesome as our Orkin technician! Can’t say enough about his friendliness and knowledge of the pests we have seen. Every time he comes and addresses any problems and they go away almost instantly!

Had trouble with black widow spiders and they came out several times for treatment. No issues for a year now!

Harrison showed up on time and went through everything. I’ve been with Orkin for about a year now and he definitely was the best yet. He covered all areas we were worried about and was so professional! But he was also personable and easy going.

The service man did a very good job, was very thorough, and very nice! But now we have more mice!! My grandson has caught 4 mice in traps downstairs and we need to have you come as soon as possible!!!

Glen was awesome! Super helpful, made sure everything worked out for our benefit, pulled out our stove instead of just trying to get underneath it – he was great!

Excellent service and customer care. Safe yet effective.

We very rarely have spiders after starting with Orkin. We have been very happy with that. Our only complaint is that some technicians are more thorough than others. When you pay for pest control, you would hope they treat every area and take a lot of caring in catching everything. Some technicians are awesome that way, others not so much.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICES !!! I CAN NOT EXPRESS THIS ENOUGH!!! They do not call you back, they do not show up for appointments when you take time off of work and they charge you for work they did not actually do. Kevin is a great guy! I prefer Orkin over all others, seems local companies aren't as communicative and their formula less powerful than Orkin. Some scheduling issues sometimes but hopefully it's gonna be nipped in the bud in the coming sessions.

Our exterminator was very friendly & quick, however scheduling an appt was another story. They did not properly inform me when i asked about after care/ before care of inspection and also scheduled me for the wrong time than we agreed.

Kent is always willing to make sure I am not bothered by bugs or mice.

Every Orkin team member I’ve interacted with has been beyond helpful and friendly and super kind. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences! Rafael, in particular, has been at my home a few times and is super knowledgeable and does a great job. Thanks for all your help!!
