Orkin

Trevor did a great job. Very professional

A great company that knows the business and customers!

Orion has done a good job for us. I don’t feel like they are trying to upsell too much- just want to take care of us. The last person who came seemed so nervous she would offend me about telling me that we also have to manage the fruit flies in our kitchen - I have kids, they leave stuff out, it’s ok! We are doing our best.

Orkin's specialist was communicative, fast, and effective. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly and efficient. We have been with Orkin for over two years now and have never had a complaint. Great people!

Garrett is always thorough, friendly, informative and professional. I have no rodent or bug issues!

We’ve had an incredible experience with the team at Orkin, specifically Garrett - we moved in this summer, discovered the biggest spiders and whatever else you could imagine and immediately after contacting Orkin and having Garrett out, our issue was resolved! Couldn’t ask for a better organization to partner with on this.

Chris from Tooele county came out and was absolutely wonderful! He was kind and professional and did a thorough investigation on his initial appointment to figure out exactly where and what he needed to treat for. We are happy we went with Orkin

Used Orkin's services in the past. Called them back after being away for a while. The service tech was thorough, polite, friendly, and eager to help with my bug problems.

Not a good company - bad service - bad support - no way to contact the - they how up and give you no options to an actual appointment and there is no way to cancel. Most important, their bug sprays are inneffective. Buy some spray from Home Depot and avoid these scammers.

Larry and Braden have been terrific. They are not just friendly and thorough, but also informative. And they are always willing to go the extra mile. *Hayden, too!

Orkin is great to work with to solved pest control at my house. Garrett is wonderful to work with. He helps work with me and finds solution.

Collin always does a great job. He takes his time, is methodical with the application, and has great attention to detail. He's also personable and listens to my concerns.

Orkin continues to provide well qualified courteous service technicians.

Lee did a thorough and professional job. He impressed me with his knowledge of different spiders that we found. He found areas that needed attention and doubled up on the applications to address the need inside and outside. Especially for spiders. He also eliminated two wasp’s nests. He quickly took ownership to… Read full review

Chris was aweaome, professional but personable at the same time he made sure to explained to us all the different things he was going to do and what the plan is if things got better, no change, or worse he had a plan for everything that will help us get ride of and make sure the creepy crawlies dont make a creepy comback

Are tech was GREAT AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS

Always comes and take care of my pest control needs. Even if there is an “additional” pest problems as there was today. Very good service. Jesse sprayed for all the dozens of wasps and I truly appreciated that. Still highly recommend them

They were able to come same day to o deal with a massive ant problem we were having. We signed up for the full service package and look forward to our ant free/bug free home. The tech was super personable, professional, efficient, and he took some time to explain things to us to help us better understand how to help… Read full review

Very professional and fast working. Definitely would be contacting again to do more work.

Travis was very attentive to details and helpful addressing out concerns.

Always on time, efficient in taking care of our pests quickly so we can get on with our day.

Everything was fine. Since using Orkin, we rarely have issues with pests.

We really love our Orkin service rep! MEGAN you rock! Thanks for being a great Orkin rep! Fast, thourou and friendly! Been Orkin customers for several years and I am bug fee! Spider free!

Service was excellent the technician was very professional kind and courteous!

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. She sprayed for bugs. Very pleasant experience so far

Very friendly, and nice. Very responsive to my needs.

We have Orkin come 4 times a year, because we live in an agricultural area and lots of flies and other insects and mice surround us. They do a great job; over several years the insects in our house have significantly decreased, and we are far less annoyed than we were when we moved here. Our house is a restored 120… Read full review

Lee as always…is fantastic! Very efficient and great at his job! I am extremely happy with Orkin!

My tech today was so professional and knowledgeable of what I needed to take care of. He was fabulous!!! I was very impressed. Thank you! Orkin has proven that they have only top notch professionals. Thank you!

Tec was professional and was very knowledgeable about his work

All went well. Excellent service. Thank you. They offer excellent service every time they come.

Lee is the absolute best! Extremely knowledgeable when it comes to spider species, bugs, and hornets. Always a pleasure to have him come through and give me piece of mind "that they're more scared of us, than us them". Thank you Lee for taking care of our pest concerns.

Preston, is always professional and very polite and very helpful in my problem with cockroches and he is the only one I would like to come to my home as I feel comfortable with him to do the proper job to provide and protect my property. Today, as usual, Preston took very good care of my needs. I have new… Read full review

Technician is alway pleasant and professional!!!

He was very respectful of everyone in the house. Wore covers on his shoes and was very good to explain what he was doing. Thank you.

Lee is an amazing tech, professional, friendly and thorough,

I can never get the service time changed.

Oh, I like the professional experience I get each time I call and schedule somebody to come out. I always have the same technician which is nice because I understand that person and they understand me. They are also familiar with the battle that I’m having with intruders how many times Versus the norm. Our… Read full review

I have had extream difficulty with the current bugs I have getting an answer and getting it treated in a timely matter

We use them but scheduling is an issue and the are poor at following up to reschedule. We would like wasp help but see no improvement on that and would like that service but not so great communication

Lee was very knowledgeable and helpful in identifying issues in and around our home and quick to remedy.

Today was my first experience with Orkin & it was good. The exterminator (AK) was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, thorough & took the time to explain what he was going to do with each phase of the process. I appreciated his services! Now & with the follow up care I get to see how effective the Orkin program &… Read full review

Lee has been awesome as our Orkin technician! Can’t say enough about his friendliness and knowledge of the pests we have seen. Every time he comes and addresses any problems and they go away almost instantly!

Had trouble with black widow spiders and they came out several times for treatment. No issues for a year now!

Great Service . Cool guy .

I have used Orkin since 2005 & have been happy with the services they have provided, until the last year. Service is not what it used to be. Dealing with spiders only three weeks after a service. They show up when no one is home so the inside of my home goes untreated. Not to mention being put off for six months… Read full review

Lee was prompted, friendly and thorough. Looking forward to seeing the Orkin pest control results.

Harrison showed up on time and went through everything. I’ve been with Orkin for about a year now and he definitely was the best yet. He covered all areas we were worried about and was so professional! But he was also personable and easy going.

The service man did a very good job, was very thorough, and very nice! But now we have more mice!! My grandson has caught 4 mice in traps downstairs and we need to have you come as soon as possible!!!

Glen was awesome! Super helpful, made sure everything worked out for our benefit, pulled out our stove instead of just trying to get underneath it – he was great!

I love Orkin. They are always on top of taking care of my pest needs. And if you call them, they make a visit out to you for no charge. They do a great job keeping pests away from my house, and are always professional and timely!

Glenn was fast at determining where the Carpet beatles were nesting and quick to putting some dust and liquid down to get ride of them. He offers quite a bit of information that'll help with future needs. 10/10 would recommend

Excellent service and customer care. Safe yet effective.

We very rarely have spiders after starting with Orkin. We have been very happy with that. Our only complaint is that some technicians are more thorough than others. When you pay for pest control, you would hope they treat every area and take a lot of caring in catching everything. Some technicians are awesome that way, others not so much.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICES !!! I CAN NOT EXPRESS THIS ENOUGH!!! They do not call you back, they do not show up for appointments when you take time off of work and they charge you for work they did not actually do. I paid over $200 for a home inspection, got the all clear, only to have mice 3 weeks later when the… Read full review

Super easy and he shows as expected everytime. Very personable and does a great job.

Spencer does a great job!

I’ve enjoyed working with Orkin for the most part. It started out a bit bumpy because of some staffing issues, which is why I put in 4 stars. I also didn’t feel like the initial house inspection was as thorough as it could have been. But my past few services have been great. Super easy, punctual, quick. And I… Read full review

Lee is a great technician! He was very knowledgeable about the particular bug activity we’ve been seeing and observant in where they gathered. He did a thorough job and communicated with me before and after treatment. We’re happy with our service!

The best part of your service is mainly due to Kevin. He is respectful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. 😊

Excellent service, Kent is amazing!

He was super friendly & looked at all vital areas we needed to be treated. He provided very important information along with educational information that would help reduce the bugs and insect. Always had a positive experience using Orkin at my previous homes & never had issues since. THANK YOU!!!

Kevin is a great guy! I prefer Orkin over all others, seems local companies aren't as communicative and their formula less powerful than Orkin. Some scheduling issues sometimes but hopefully it's gonna be nipped in the bud in the coming sessions.

Our tech Rafael S. is awesome. personable. professional. I explain to him what Im noticing and he comes up with a solid gameplan to address issues. While hes executing the plan he inspects and adresses other issues. All of which are covered in the plan we are on. If something pops up they will come back to take… Read full review

Our exterminator was very friendly & quick, however scheduling an appt was another story. They did not properly inform me when i asked about after care/ before care of inspection and also scheduled me for the wrong time than we agreed.

Kent is always willing to make sure I am not bothered by bugs or mice.

Every Orkin team member I’ve interacted with has been beyond helpful and friendly and super kind. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences! Rafael, in particular, has been at my home a few times and is super knowledgeable and does a great job. Thanks for all your help!!

Rafael is great. He always does a great job ie very through and complete.

We had actually missed the appointment by 30 minutes and the Orkin technician came back to service our house... Amazing customer service and explained everything in great detail to us... Thank you so much!!!!
