Rachel was a super communicator on everything from her arrival ETA to the entire process and details of her service provided. Fabulous first experience with Orkin!

Orion has done a good job for us. I don’t feel like they are trying to upsell too much- just want to take care of us. The last person who came seemed so nervous she would offend me about telling me that we also have to manage the fruit flies in our kitchen - I have kids, they leave stuff out, it’s ok! We are doing our best.

Excellent service. The serviceman was professional, knowledgeable and kind in answering all my questions. I now have piece of mind. I never should have waited this long. Awesome experience.

The person who has been treating my house for pests is Zoe. He is such a friendly person, very easy to like. He does a thorough job and has been able to rid my house of mice and keep other pests at bay.

We’ve had an incredible experience with the team at Orkin, specifically Garrett - we moved in this summer, discovered the biggest spiders and whatever else you could imagine and immediately after contacting Orkin and having Garrett out, our issue was resolved! Harrison Tripp is the best. He is always very thorough with his inspection and does an amazing job. He goes above and beyond to make sure all my questions are answered. I have not had a better technician service our home. I will defiantly use this service again providing Harrison is the technician.

In my experience, Orkin is the best place to go for all your pest control needs. They’ve been coming to my home since we bought it, over 7 years ago and to our house in Nevada before that. Always comes and take care of my pest control needs. Even if there is an “additional” pest problems as there was today. Very good service. Jesse sprayed for all the dozens of wasps and I truly appreciated that. Still highly recommend them

Very thorough and knowledgeable technician. He was friendly and took care to leave no trace that he had been here after applying the treatment. He was on time and gave us all the information we needed to know about our service. Highly recommend!!

Appointment was re-scheduled for today 21st.-on phone message. That was a problem due to late notification-coming on that day—-I was not home to let access to garage to set boxes. Next time I need at least one day notice of any change! I don’t know what services were done. Thank you!

Service is always great

We've been using Orkin to maintain a bug free home, and it's been quick and painless to have them come by every other month and check/refill traps and treatments. Hayden is friendly and professional and we love him as our Orkin guy.

Took time and was professional looking.

We use them but scheduling is an issue and the are poor at following up to reschedule. We would like wasp help but see no improvement on that and would like that service but not so great communication

Excellent service and product

Lee has been awesome as our Orkin technician! Can’t say enough about his friendliness and knowledge of the pests we have seen. Every time he comes and addresses any problems and they go away almost instantly!

Had trouble with black widow spiders and they came out several times for treatment. No issues for a year now!
