Rachel was a super communicator on everything from her arrival ETA to the entire process and details of her service provided. Fabulous first experience with Orkin!

Orion has done a good job for us. I don’t feel like they are trying to upsell too much- just want to take care of us. The last person who came seemed so nervous she would offend me about telling me that we also have to manage the fruit flies in our kitchen - I have kids, they leave stuff out, it’s ok! We are doing our best.

We’ve had an incredible experience with the team at Orkin, specifically Garrett - we moved in this summer, discovered the biggest spiders and whatever else you could imagine and immediately after contacting Orkin and having Garrett out, our issue was resolved! Appointment was re-scheduled for today 21st.-on phone message. That was a problem due to late notification-coming on that day—-I was not home to let access to garage to set boxes. Next time I need at least one day notice of any change! I don’t know what services were done. Thank you!

Service is always great

We've been using Orkin to maintain a bug free home, and it's been quick and painless to have them come by every other month and check/refill traps and treatments. Hayden is friendly and professional and we love him as our Orkin guy.

Took time and was professional looking.

We use them but scheduling is an issue and the are poor at following up to reschedule. We would like wasp help but see no improvement on that and would like that service but not so great communication

Lee has been awesome as our Orkin technician! Can’t say enough about his friendliness and knowledge of the pests we have seen. Every time he comes and addresses any problems and they go away almost instantly!

Had trouble with black widow spiders and they came out several times for treatment. No issues for a year now!

I’m really happy with my experience so far! The technician was very kind, thorough, and informative. He let me know what to expect and explained what areas needed the most treatment and why. He went over the total for today and billing information in detail prior to the service and confirmed when they’ll be back out for the second spray.

Harrison showed up on time and went through everything. I’ve been with Orkin for about a year now and he definitely was the best yet. He covered all areas we were worried about and was so professional! But he was also personable and easy going.

The technician was courteous & capable. He went the extra mile by knocking down some wasp nests. The mosquito/wasp technician was scheduled for the previous day but didn't come, probably because it was raining.

I had miece and spider problem was discovered by the tech and he took care of it immediately. Me and my family now we can sleep safely. Great job 👏 thanks orkins

The service man did a very good job, was very thorough, and very nice! But now we have more mice!! My grandson has caught 4 mice in traps downstairs and we need to have you come as soon as possible!!!

The techs that came out today did a great job. They even knocked down wasps nests and spider webs from my eaves.

Only came to provide my monthly service twice, then continued to charge me and never showed up again or called to reschedule. I had to call every month to track down the status of my service and request a refund for services that I was charged for but did not receive. Would not recommend them. They are not reliable at all.

We have the most professional technician who services our home on a regular basis and keeps us bug free! We have used this service for years and never disappointed.

We very rarely have spiders after starting with Orkin. We have been very happy with that. Our only complaint is that some technicians are more thorough than others. When you pay for pest control, you would hope they treat every area and take a lot of caring in catching everything. Some technicians are awesome that way, others not so much.

Orkin responded quickly to my call even though it was right after the holiday break. On top of that, they were able to get a technician over to my house the next day. The service was professional and efficient and all my questions were answered.

Our exterminator was named Tony. He showed up quite early (with our permission) and finished his work in record time. He was quite kind and understanding, not to mention funny and personable. What a perfect experience for a terrible situation.

Technician Was supposed to contact us to tell us he was coming and he did not. He arrived and did a treatment that we did not request that required us to water outside our house and keep our dog Off the area where he spread chemical pebbles without telling us he was going to do this. Fairly decent service. Bit overpriced for commercial. Techs are vocal conspiracy theorist covid deniers. So if that's your kind of thing then this is the company for you. As for us, we will be seeking an alternative contract elsewhere.

Orkin came to inspect your house before we moved in and pointed out a lot of good changes that we need to make to prevent pests from getting in. They were on time and very helpful!

Great company. I use them mostly for the Box Elder bugs and they definitely help. The lack of other pests was just a bonus for me. Any time I call they are quick to respond and their techs are great.

Very nice inspector, grateful for his help. However, when I was showing him where I could see sunlight from the outside that he could fill, he made it sound like pulling all of the insulation and finding those holes would be too much work. We are just waiting for a follow up visit within 10 days.
