Home has been sitting empty for half a year while trying to sell. Paid $280 for a one time spray for the new homeowners. The person who has been treating my house for pests is Zoe. He is such a friendly person, very easy to like. He does a thorough job and has been able to rid my house of mice and keep other pests at bay.

The technician, Garrett, was thorough and he shared a lot of helpful information. He spent 45 minutes spraying and foaming the inside and he sprayed the outside. He even pointed outs gap in our garage door that should be closed to prevent rodents from coming in. 5-stars!

Service was fantastic! Only main issue I had was scheduling but other than that the service was quick and easy.

Jeramie walk threw our house and yard and was very professional and answered my question said if I had any questions he would be help me he did a good job

Harrison Tripp is the best. He is always very thorough with his inspection and does an amazing job. He goes above and beyond to make sure all my questions are answered. I have not had a better technician service our home. I will defiantly use this service again providing Harrison is the technician.

Chris was aweaome, professional but personable at the same time he made sure to explained to us all the different things he was going to do and what the plan is if things got better, no change, or worse he had a plan for everything that will help us get ride of and make sure the creepy crawlies dont make a creepy comback

We had a customer service issue and they resolved it beautifully. Every company will have issues it is how they resolve it that matters to me. From the dispatcher who waited on the line until she had the local manager to the local manager dealing with me who was a bit "bugged" quite literally. 5 stars on customer service.

Would leave zero stars if I could. I own a duplex and did a move out inspection Sunday for one of the units being recently vacated. The prior tenants left cockroaches! They never told us about them. We've been using Orkin to maintain a bug free home, and it's been quick and painless to have them come by every other month and check/refill traps and treatments. Hayden is friendly and professional and we love him as our Orkin guy.
