Orkin always have done a fantastic job and don’t see any issues after they get the job done
Home has been sitting empty for half a year while trying to sell. Paid $280 for a one time spray for the new homeowners. It’s been a couple of days and spiders are still running around the interior of the house. Was told they did not spray the interior other than just under the sinks. Very disappointed when trying…
Christian from Orkin did the quarterly servicing at my home. He was friendly, professional and very detail oriented at his job. Exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend Christian from Orkin!
The person who has been treating my house for pests is Zoe. He is such a friendly person, very easy to like. He does a thorough job and has been able to rid my house of mice and keep other pests at bay.
The technician, Garrett, was thorough and he shared a lot of helpful information. He spent 45 minutes spraying and foaming the inside and he sprayed the outside. He even pointed outs gap in our garage door that should be closed to prevent rodents from coming in. 5-stars!
Service was fantastic! Only main issue I had was scheduling but other than that the service was quick and easy.
The Orkin technician James was friendly professional and informative. He treated the outside of the house first and discovered a few wasp nests and treated these. James then replaced the paper bug traps inside the house and checked the basement and all the other rooms inside the house. James also came early which…
Services were delivered as expected for a first visit. Waiting to see how follow up visits play out.

Harrison Tripp is the best. He is always very thorough with his inspection and does an amazing job. He goes above and beyond to make sure all my questions are answered. I have not had a better technician service our home. I will defiantly use this service again providing Harrison is the technician.
Chris was aweaome, professional but personable at the same time he made sure to explained to us all the different things he was going to do and what the plan is if things got better, no change, or worse he had a plan for everything that will help us get ride of and make sure the creepy crawlies dont make a creepy comback
We had a customer service issue and they resolved it beautifully. Every company will have issues it is how they resolve it that matters to me. From the dispatcher who waited on the line until she had the local manager to the local manager dealing with me who was a bit "bugged" quite literally. 5 stars on customer service.
Would leave zero stars if I could. I own a duplex and did a move out inspection Sunday for one of the units being recently vacated. The prior tenants left cockroaches! They never told us about them. I called orkin because they were one of the only pest companies open on Sundays. I called and the rep was kind and I…

We have Orkin come 4 times a year, because we live in an agricultural area and lots of flies and other insects and mice surround us. They do a great job; over several years the insects in our house have significantly decreased, and we are far less annoyed than we were when we moved here. Our house is a restored 120…
Very thorough and knowledgeable technician. He was friendly and took care to leave no trace that he had been here after applying the treatment. He was on time and gave us all the information we needed to know about our service. Highly recommend!!
All went well. Excellent service. Thank you. They offer excellent service every time they come.
Preston, is always professional and very polite and very helpful in my problem with cockroches and he is the only one I would like to come to my home as I feel comfortable with him to do the proper job to provide and protect my property. Today, as usual, Preston took very good care of my needs. I have new…
We've been using Orkin to maintain a bug free home, and it's been quick and painless to have them come by every other month and check/refill traps and treatments. Hayden is friendly and professional and we love him as our Orkin guy.
Brayden was extremely thorough. He was very knowledgeable and covered all areas of concern. Any questions we had were answered quickly and intelligently. Plus, he had a great sense of humor!
Took time and was professional looking.
Today was my first experience with Orkin & it was good. The exterminator (AK) was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, thorough & took the time to explain what he was going to do with each phase of the process. I appreciated his services! Now & with the follow up care I get to see how effective the Orkin program &…
Lee has been awesome as our Orkin technician! Can’t say enough about his friendliness and knowledge of the pests we have seen. Every time he comes and addresses any problems and they go away almost instantly!
Had trouble with black widow spiders and they came out several times for treatment. No issues for a year now!
Lee was awesome and took the time to explain everything in detail.
spencer was the best , setup traps , took care of the dead mouse , clogged up some entry points , checked in areas we had concerns abt such as under the couch , gave us some extra traps and told us to text him anytime we needed him . very reassuring and easy to talk to .
Super easy and he shows as expected everytime. Very personable and does a great job.
Spencer does a great job!
I’ve enjoyed working with Orkin for the most part. It started out a bit bumpy because of some staffing issues, which is why I put in 4 stars. I also didn’t feel like the initial house inspection was as thorough as it could have been. But my past few services have been great. Super easy, punctual, quick. And I…
The best part of your service is mainly due to Kevin. He is respectful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. 😊
I cannot articulate adequately how appreciative we are of the Salt Lake City Orkin. Compassionate, professional, trustworthy, and extremely accommodating. Top-notch customer service, both knowledgeable and capable—Orkin wins hands down in Salt Lake City! I would not go anywhere else!
