Terrible guy showed up saw him on my camera, also received a text. I waited for him by the back door for 15 min. I saw him on his phone. Went to put my shoes on came back and he was gone. Then they sent this review like he showed up. I also rescheduled they didn’t show.

Services were delivered as expected for a first visit. Waiting to see how follow up visits play out.

Harrison was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. The office accepted an appointment and scheduled for June 14 between 8:30 - 10:30. When no one had come by 11:00, I called and was told a technician would be out a week later on the 21st. That appointment was kept.

Appointment was re-scheduled for today 21st.-on phone message. That was a problem due to late notification-coming on that day—-I was not home to let access to garage to set boxes. Next time I need at least one day notice of any change! I don’t know what services were done. Thank you!

Orkin is worth every penny. The staff are professional and know their pests. I have continued to use them for five years at my home and have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They didn’t give me the mosquito service when I specifically asked for it, and they weren’t very thorough with the rest of the service. Sad. Next time I will use Aptive!
