We've been using Orkin to maintain a bug free home, and it's been quick and painless to have them come by every other month and check/refill traps and treatments. Hayden is friendly and professional and we love him as our Orkin guy.

Orkin responded quickly to my call even though it was right after the holiday break. On top of that, they were able to get a technician over to my house the next day. The service was professional and efficient and all my questions were answered.

spencer was the best , setup traps , took care of the dead mouse , clogged up some entry points , checked in areas we had concerns abt such as under the couch , gave us some extra traps and told us to text him anytime we needed him . very reassuring and easy to talk to .

Raphael is amazing! He comes in is personal, is educated and knows his stuff. We had a mouse and he took the old trap and replaced it with a new one. Gave me tips on how to prevent it and was so kind! Love having Orkin in our home!

Kevin is a great guy! I prefer Orkin over all others, seems local companies aren't as communicative and their formula less powerful than Orkin. Some scheduling issues sometimes but hopefully it's gonna be nipped in the bud in the coming sessions.

Technician Was supposed to contact us to tell us he was coming and he did not. He arrived and did a treatment that we did not request that required us to water outside our house and keep our dog Off the area where he spread chemical pebbles without telling us he was going to do this. I will be looking for another service to replace Orkin

Fairly decent service. Bit overpriced for commercial. Techs are vocal conspiracy theorist covid deniers. So if that's your kind of thing then this is the company for you. As for us, we will be seeking an alternative contract elsewhere.

My technician Vince is really good at spraying areas that really bad. He is very polite. He is very thoughtful of our needs.

Have been professional and efficient in their service. Communication is good (this is a property I manage) but there have been times when the auto scheduling system doesn’t do a very good job. Overall very satisfied.

Great company. I use them mostly for the Box Elder bugs and they definitely help. The lack of other pests was just a bonus for me. Any time I call they are quick to respond and their techs are great.

These technicians have been awesome!! I had an awful Rat problem. They all went above & beyond to take care of this issue!!

They are concern about being helpful towards getting our house back from the spiders and ect. They call way in advance or text, which really wonderful. And they are very clean.

Horrible service hired to get rid of gophers and was told if they could not get rid of them that they would refund our money. That was a lie it has been a year so plenty of time to get rid of them and they are still an issue. Asked for our money back and they refused. So when they tell you money back guarantee its a lie. Chris, the service tech, is awesome and always willing to work with my schedule. They do an amazing job and I can always rely on them to come back out if I have any issues.

Very nice inspector, grateful for his help. However, when I was showing him where I could see sunlight from the outside that he could fill, he made it sound like pulling all of the insulation and finding those holes would be too much work. We are just waiting for a follow up visit within 10 days.
