Chris was aweaome, professional but personable at the same time he made sure to explained to us all the different things he was going to do and what the plan is if things got better, no change, or worse he had a plan for everything that will help us get ride of and make sure the creepy crawlies dont make a creepy comback

Chris sprayed my workplace and he is amazing! We really appreciate him, we had wolf spiders and brown recluse and he came and sprayed for us. He always listens to us and makes sure to take action when we’re having bug problems!

Harrison was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. The office accepted an appointment and scheduled for June 14 between 8:30 - 10:30. When no one had come by 11:00, I called and was told a technician would be out a week later on the 21st. That appointment was kept.

Appointment was re-scheduled for today 21st.-on phone message. That was a problem due to late notification-coming on that day—-I was not home to let access to garage to set boxes. Next time I need at least one day notice of any change! I don’t know what services were done. Thank you!

We use them but scheduling is an issue and the are poor at following up to reschedule. We would like wasp help but see no improvement on that and would like that service but not so great communication

Lee has been awesome as our Orkin technician! Can’t say enough about his friendliness and knowledge of the pests we have seen. Every time he comes and addresses any problems and they go away almost instantly!

Had trouble with black widow spiders and they came out several times for treatment. No issues for a year now!

Keleaf was an amazing technician. He educated us on the product and the process. He answered all of our questions. He didn't make us feel rushed when we were asking questions.

I have used Orkin since 2005 & have been happy with the services they have provided, until the last year. Service is not what it used to be. Dealing with spiders only three weeks after a service. I’m really happy with my experience so far! The technician was very kind, thorough, and informative. He let me know what to expect and explained what areas needed the most treatment and why. He went over the total for today and billing information in detail prior to the service and confirmed when they’ll be back out for the second spray.

Harrison showed up on time and went through everything. I’ve been with Orkin for about a year now and he definitely was the best yet. He covered all areas we were worried about and was so professional! But he was also personable and easy going.
