Orkin

Trevor did a great job. Very professional

A great company that knows the business and customers!

Orkin's specialist was communicative, fast, and effective. I highly recommend them.

So Far So GOOD 👍🏻 Our exterminator Pro was VERY informative and friendly for our first visit. We are having recurring visits for our cochroach and spider problem. I Highly Recommend!!!

Very friendly and efficient. We have been with Orkin for over two years now and have never had a complaint. Great people!

The person who has been treating my house for pests is Zoe. He is such a friendly person, very easy to like. He does a thorough job and has been able to rid my house of mice and keep other pests at bay.

Great service. Very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone needing pest services.

We’ve had an incredible experience with the team at Orkin, specifically Garrett - we moved in this summer, discovered the biggest spiders and whatever else you could imagine and immediately after contacting Orkin and having Garrett out, our issue was resolved! Couldn’t ask for a better organization to partner with on this.

Larry and Braden have been terrific. They are not just friendly and thorough, but also informative. And they are always willing to go the extra mile. *Hayden, too!

Always great service. Tech Zoe is very understanding of any insect problems.

Collin always does a great job. He takes his time, is methodical with the application, and has great attention to detail. He's also personable and listens to my concerns.

Orkin continues to provide well qualified courteous service technicians.

Harrison Tripp is the best. He is always very thorough with his inspection and does an amazing job. He goes above and beyond to make sure all my questions are answered. I have not had a better technician service our home. I will defiantly use this service again providing Harrison is the technician.

In my experience, Orkin is the best place to go for all your pest control needs. They’ve been coming to my home since we bought it, over 7 years ago and to our house in Nevada before that. All of their representatives have been professional, kind, and good at their job. You really can’t ask for more. Don’t be fooled… Read full review

Lee did a thorough and professional job. He impressed me with his knowledge of different spiders that we found. He found areas that needed attention and doubled up on the applications to address the need inside and outside. Especially for spiders. He also eliminated two wasp’s nests. He quickly took ownership to… Read full review

Chris was aweaome, professional but personable at the same time he made sure to explained to us all the different things he was going to do and what the plan is if things got better, no change, or worse he had a plan for everything that will help us get ride of and make sure the creepy crawlies dont make a creepy comback

Chris sprayed my workplace and he is amazing! We really appreciate him, we had wolf spiders and brown recluse and he came and sprayed for us. He always listens to us and makes sure to take action when we’re having bug problems!

Always comes and take care of my pest control needs. Even if there is an “additional” pest problems as there was today. Very good service. Jesse sprayed for all the dozens of wasps and I truly appreciated that. Still highly recommend them

Garrett was great. Informative and always goes the extra mile. Wonderful customer service

I could never have imagined service that constantly exceeds expectations. With Orkin pest are never things I worry about. 10 years and counting.

Travis was very attentive to details and helpful addressing out concerns.

Always on time, efficient in taking care of our pests quickly so we can get on with our day.

Everything was fine. Since using Orkin, we rarely have issues with pests.

We really love our Orkin service rep! MEGAN you rock! Thanks for being a great Orkin rep! Fast, thourou and friendly! Been Orkin customers for several years and I am bug fee! Spider free!

Service was excellent the technician was very professional kind and courteous!

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. She sprayed for bugs. Very pleasant experience so far

Very friendly, and nice. Very responsive to my needs.

We have Orkin come 4 times a year, because we live in an agricultural area and lots of flies and other insects and mice surround us. They do a great job; over several years the insects in our house have significantly decreased, and we are far less annoyed than we were when we moved here. Our house is a restored 120… Read full review

Harrison was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. The office accepted an appointment and scheduled for June 14 between 8:30 - 10:30. When no one had come by 11:00, I called and was told a technician would be out a week later on the 21st. That appointment was kept.

Appointment was re-scheduled for today 21st.-on phone message. That was a problem due to late notification-coming on that day—-I was not home to let access to garage to set boxes. Next time I need at least one day notice of any change! I don’t know what services were done. Thank you!

Lee as always…is fantastic! Very efficient and great at his job! I am extremely happy with Orkin!

My tech today was so professional and knowledgeable of what I needed to take care of. He was fabulous!!! I was very impressed. Thank you! Orkin has proven that they have only top notch professionals. Thank you!

Always professional. Very good communications. Results are good.

Tec was professional and was very knowledgeable about his work

Very impressed with technician. He accommodated for my needs, was very polite, on time and thorough.

All went well. Excellent service. Thank you. They offer excellent service every time they come.

Vince did our service(Orkin) and was completely professional and thorough. He answered all my questions and concerns with respect and went to work on them. He really went above and beyond. I hope we get Vince back for our regular service every time. Editing my review from 5 stars to 2. Orkin as a business is a… Read full review

I moved into a rental property a few months ago. Unfortunately after I moved in I discovered a significant insect problem. Elder bugs. They literally swarm in through the tiny openings that drain water on your window frame. Once in you see them crawling on everything, everywhere! Then I noticed THE SPIDER!! I'm… Read full review

Lee is the absolute best! Extremely knowledgeable when it comes to spider species, bugs, and hornets. Always a pleasure to have him come through and give me piece of mind "that they're more scared of us, than us them". Thank you Lee for taking care of our pest concerns.

We had the most amazing tech come to our home today! Garett was not only professional in every way he also went above and beyond to help us with a few problems we are experiencing. I feel very confident that he’s the man for the job! Thank you for sending your very best! I’m a forever customer! Thanks again! S.Sweet 11/30/2023

Preston, is always professional and very polite and very helpful in my problem with cockroches and he is the only one I would like to come to my home as I feel comfortable with him to do the proper job to provide and protect my property. Today, as usual, Preston took very good care of my needs. I have new… Read full review

Orkin is worth every penny. The staff are professional and know their pests. I have continued to use them for five years at my home and have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Friendly, and professional.

He was very respectful of everyone in the house. Wore covers on his shoes and was very good to explain what he was doing. Thank you.

Lee did an excellent job & we are very satisfied with the work he did. He is very friendly & professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help getting rid of bugs.

You guys are very good at what you do thank you well tell friends and family about you guys thank you

On time, very quick. Love the 30 day guarantee.

Super nice and did a really good job! Helped spray my house for spiders and earwigs. He even took down some wasp nest I didn’t know I had.

Was surprised they didn't spray inside considering the large amount you charge for the initial visit..

On time, friendly, social distanced and masked

The person that came out to my house is very professional and a very kind and friendly person.

Lee is an amazing tech, professional, friendly and thorough,

I was very happy with the services given and also the information about what was being done. 👍

The guy was very nice. I can’t give a rate. Because I didn’t watch where he was spraying so I don’t know if he went in some rooms.

I am updating my review. Company was very responsive when I first opened my account. After the first time of doing business, it has been almost 100% non responsive. Technician said that he would be back in 2 weeks at no charge as part of the first service. I needed to reschedule due to a doctor’s appointment. I… Read full review

Our exterminator was very professional and did an excellent job! Highly recommend this company for all your pest control needs.

Oh, I like the professional experience I get each time I call and schedule somebody to come out. I always have the same technician which is nice because I understand that person and they understand me. They are also familiar with the battle that I’m having with intruders how many times Versus the norm. Our… Read full review

Took time and was professional looking.

We use them but scheduling is an issue and the are poor at following up to reschedule. We would like wasp help but see no improvement on that and would like that service but not so great communication

Today was my first experience with Orkin & it was good. The exterminator (AK) was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, thorough & took the time to explain what he was going to do with each phase of the process. I appreciated his services! Now & with the follow up care I get to see how effective the Orkin program &… Read full review

Lee has been awesome as our Orkin technician! Can’t say enough about his friendliness and knowledge of the pests we have seen. Every time he comes and addresses any problems and they go away almost instantly!

Had trouble with black widow spiders and they came out several times for treatment. No issues for a year now!

Keleaf was an amazing technician. He educated us on the product and the process. He answered all of our questions. He didn't make us feel rushed when we were asking questions.

I have used Orkin since 2005 & have been happy with the services they have provided, until the last year. Service is not what it used to be. Dealing with spiders only three weeks after a service. They show up when no one is home so the inside of my home goes untreated. Not to mention being put off for six months… Read full review

Larry is great. He communicates and does an excellent job. I appreciate the advance notice so I can alert all tenants in advance

Kody is amazing! Extremely helpful and responsive!

Lee was awesome and took the time to explain everything in detail.

Professional, thorough, pleasant

Preston is Great! Always is efficient and takes his time.

I’m really happy with my experience so far! The technician was very kind, thorough, and informative. He let me know what to expect and explained what areas needed the most treatment and why. He went over the total for today and billing information in detail prior to the service and confirmed when they’ll be back out for the second spray.

Harrison showed up on time and went through everything. I’ve been with Orkin for about a year now and he definitely was the best yet. He covered all areas we were worried about and was so professional! But he was also personable and easy going.

Hayden did an excellent job.

Cockroach

We had Keleaf Lee come out and inspect and spray for us. He was amazing and this company is very professional. Absolutely loved our experience and can’t wait to continue service with them!

We were happy with the work done

Great service always. Only one suggestion, the technician should wear slip on shoe covers when they come inside

The guy was very efficient, made sure I knew what I was paying for, great attitude, all around good services thank you orkin.

Good service. Friendly and professional.

Excellent service and customer care. Safe yet effective.

Excellent service! Service is very professional!

Always friendly…except to spiders. In that I am pleased.

please ask the exterminators to clean feet or put on booties. I have new flooring with wet footprints.

Super easy and he shows as expected everytime. Very personable and does a great job.

Spencer does a great job!

I’ve enjoyed working with Orkin for the most part. It started out a bit bumpy because of some staffing issues, which is why I put in 4 stars. I also didn’t feel like the initial house inspection was as thorough as it could have been. But my past few services have been great. Super easy, punctual, quick. And I… Read full review

Amazing service!! Very helpful and nice! Responded to my requests on spiders and such!

The best part of your service is mainly due to Kevin. He is respectful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. 😊

Haven Seen anything. They are very professional and prompt

He was super friendly & looked at all vital areas we needed to be treated. He provided very important information along with educational information that would help reduce the bugs and insect. Always had a positive experience using Orkin at my previous homes & never had issues since. THANK YOU!!!

Very professional and friendly. Willing to answer questions and go the extra mile.

Continual communication on the day of service is a big plus.

My Orkan technician is friendly and professional.

Fantastic customer service, very professional, extremely knowledgeable. 10/10

Kevin is a great guy! I prefer Orkin over all others, seems local companies aren't as communicative and their formula less powerful than Orkin. Some scheduling issues sometimes but hopefully it's gonna be nipped in the bud in the coming sessions.

Orkin does a great job. My fav part of their company is my technician Tony. He is so kind.c thorough, and has come diligently the past 6-7 years. Thanks Orkin!

Arkadiusz Kolodziej is very knowledgeable, professional and has treated our house and yard for spiders and pests. Wish I had started using Orkin earlier. He quickly resolved all our pest problems. I would highly recommend him. Thanks!

Our exterminator was very friendly & quick, however scheduling an appt was another story. They did not properly inform me when i asked about after care/ before care of inspection and also scheduled me for the wrong time than we agreed.

They helped us solve an extensive mouse problem we had 4 years ago when moving into our new home. They spent hours looking for the problem areas and soon the problem was resolved completely. Since then they have come every few months to spray etc and we never have spiders or other bugs in the house. They are… Read full review

Very professional. Fast. Works great because I don't get spiders in the house.

We had actually missed the appointment by 30 minutes and the Orkin technician came back to service our house... Amazing customer service and explained everything in great detail to us... Thank you so much!!!!

We have used Orkin for four years now and had been very pleased with their services especially when we had a tech named Matt coming. Lately their service has gone downhill a bit. Some months a technician shows up without any warning and yesterday the technician tracked dirt clods all through the house and I had to… Read full review

Carter was very professional and knowledgeable he answered all my questions and helped me understand where the problems were originating from. I will be referring Orkin and carter for future customers.

Not happy with Orkin just showing up without notifying me, like today (2/17/22) Outside, front yard service performed - Want prorated pricing!

We’ve been using Orkin for years! They do a great job and the staff is always friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

The individual that come by is alway professional and knowledgeable. Very kind and willing to assist when I have questions.

Very professional and kind.

Orkin has been great. Very reasonable prices, professional technicians, always very flexible to work around our schedule to be at our house when we are gone. I highly recommend them.

The service is always very friendly. And they answer all my questions and take care of the tiny problems that we don’t love having around. We have been using this company for years. And I have no interest in changing!

Technician Was supposed to contact us to tell us he was coming and he did not. He arrived and did a treatment that we did not request that required us to water outside our house and keep our dog Off the area where he spread chemical pebbles without telling us he was going to do this. I will be looking for another service to replace Orkin

Our service provider is excellent at his job. Considerate, professional and very knowledgeable. I’m very happy with my technician and the service he provided.

John was our technician today he was very friendly. He answered all of my questions, and I feel like he did a very good service. They didn’t give me the mosquito service when I specifically asked for it, and they weren’t very thorough with the rest of the service. Sad. Next time I will use Aptive!

Had sugar ants. Inspected & sprayed garage patio & inside home.

Excellent customer service! I wanted to commend my service tech Vince for a great job. He was mindful of my requests and needs and went the extra mile.

Prompt professional service

Very professional and fast.

The inspector was thorough, made me aware of what he was looking for, & patient with his assessment. He did not rush through the inspection and educated me during his stay.
