Customers frequently praise the shop for its thorough inspections, clear communication regarding repair priorities, and ability to handle urgent repairs quickly. Recurring themes include knowledgeable staff who explain vehicle issues in detail and a professional, accommodating atmosphere. Absolutely phenomenal service. I was extremely impressed by the willingness to work with me, even when I was out of town. The ability to see each thing that needed work and giving a scale of importance and impact to allow for some work to be done over time where possible.

We were looking for a shop to help with my child’s car. She was new to school. It was a very positive experience from the first call. My daughter dropped the car and they took care of her and gave her a ride to school. Luke and Tim kept me and my daughter informed. Their text updates with pictures and information from the tech was top notch. It was running great when we picked it up. Still is running amazing. Oswald fixes it right the first time is our experience. I am grateful to have Oswald taking care of us. I live on the east coast and need this type of service. I could not be happier and I feel grateful to be dealing with an upfront, capable and honest shop. Thank you!
Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review, Jared! We understand how important it is to know your daughter's vehicle is in good hands while you're living across the country, and we're glad Luke, Tim, and the Oswald team gave you that peace of mind. It's great to hear the ride to school, detailed text updates, photos, and technician notes made the process easier for both of you. We're grateful to have earned your family's trust and look forward to continuing to take great care of your daughter's vehicle!
