Overbeke School of Driving Inc

Classes did not start on time, an instructor discussed other students’ outstanding balances during class, communication with staff has been difficult, and the instructor was late on the first day of on-road instruction.

Where do I begin, this school was the absolute worst driver's ed you could ever spend your hard-earned money on. When I finished the Zoom classes and took my final test, I was told that my answers were not counted because "the answers were not capitalized.” If you’re gonna screw over your consumer at least take them… Read full review

Vincent was one of the least helpful people I have ever encountered at any company. After completing the Zoom portion, we simply needed to know how my kiddo could schedule the required 8 hours of in-car training because they could not access the portal. After more than a month of unanswered phone calls, we… Read full review

I passed my driving exam the day after I finished my 8 hours with Sergei. Wouldn’t have passed without him and the confidence he instilled in me. I passed on Wednesday and got a car Saturday!!

Easy to schedule, quick response time. Testing at Beachwood locations very straightforward. Highly recommend.

Please read before deciding to go with this company. I signed my son up for the online course and the 8 hours behind the wheel course. I had no real problems with either, other than long wait times for his behind the wheel dates. The real problem is with their total lack of communication. You can NEVER reach… Read full review

Very poor communication. Challenging to schedule or reschedule. Bad UX on their website.

This Driving school was very helpful full the teach you a lot about the road

Driving instructors were good. Communicating with the office was not easy. No one ever answered the phone and the only way we ever communicated was over text message. Unanswered voicemails and emails. I am thankful we came prepared to take the test and printed our records as they didn't have any in their system. I would not recommend.

Friendly Instructors, Great Staff. Good experience from teaching to testing!!

We used this company for my oldest drivers ed and in car. That was 2 1/2 years ago. At that time they were responsive and really worked with us on schedule. I used them again for my youngest. I don’t know if they changed management or what. It is awful. They take over 48 hours to respond. They never call you back,… Read full review

Mr.Wilson is a great instructor, he helped alot with my driving and parking skills, he also answered all my questions as well as getting me well prepared for the driving test. If I had to go back for more classes id definitely go here.

Online independent 24 hours classroom portion was very convenient. The 8 hours of BTW portion was horrible! Trying to schedule times is impossible as there are little to no openings! Then once you are able to get into time slots that work for you, Overbeke reschedules them without ever telling you! My child has… Read full review

We had a wonderful experience with Overbeke Driving School! I have twins and I’m not originally from Ohio, so I had no idea what the process or timeline looked like for getting their driving hours completed. It honestly felt a little overwhelming at first. Ari was incredible. He called me personally, walked me… Read full review

The Overbeke instructors that have taught my son have been great. My son has thoroughly enjoyed his his lessons and has learned a lot. Aso, Ari is great to work with. He is always available through txt and always ready to help. Thank you Overbeke for a great experience.

We used Overbeke for in-car sessions only. We were having a hard time finding a school that had availability. They were able to provide the info we needed and booked our sessions. We did have to wait 4-6 weeks for the in-cars but they were the earliest time slots out of all the driving schools we contacted. Peter… Read full review
