Had a great experience with letting Oxford Automotive service my 2022 Buick Encore. Really liked the overall maintenance report.
This place was suggested to me by a friend, so far the experiance has been great, i was working with Nate who is the service coordinator, he truly is exceptional, friendly and very polite, tries to undertand all the concerns and gets them taken care. Also one main thing i have noticed here is they send you a complete diagnostics on the car and mention what is truly essential to be done along with costs over the phone and get your approval before the work, they dont suggest you get everything done on the diagnostics unless necessary. Over all i strongly suggest everyone for getting your car serviced here!

After years of unsatisfactory, overpriced, and possibly even fraudulent maintenance from the service departments of all three of Columbus’ local Ford dealerships, I finally got fed up and sought a second opinion regarding work that needed to be completed on my Ford Explorer. Oxford Automative in Powell was able to provide me with a free second opinion that accurately identified the cause of the issues I was having with the my car and then made the necessary repairs quickly and for a reasonable price. Gabby actively involved me throughout the evaluation and repair process, and even provided me with pictures! As an added bonus the also provided me with a free rental car while we waited for my parts to be delivered and the repairs to be made. For the first time in thirty years I was able to walk away from an auto mechanic feeling good about the work that had been completed, and the price that was paid. I will definitely be returning to Oxford Automotive Tire and Repair for any future service and repair needs.
