It is difficult to find a good auto repair shop with competent mechanics. Oxford Automotive exceeded my expectations in every way. Outstanding service, dependability and professionalism. My Sienna AC had issues with condensation and bad odor. They we able to fix is quickly in a day and they also have after hour pickup.

Very poor communicators. My car sat on the lot for an entire day before I called and asked if it was done... they reply I received was, "were we supposed to fix that?" Not transparent with pricing.
