This place was suggested to me by a friend, so far the experiance has been great, i was working with Nate who is the service coordinator, he truly is exceptional, friendly and very polite, tries to undertand all the concerns and gets them taken care. Also one main thing i have noticed here is they send you a…
Premium service. This place was chosen by my late husband. Estimate was quick and repairs made the same day of approving. Joe understood my current financial situation and offered options. The personal touch was invaluable in this hard time for my family. I recommend Oxford no doubt!
I had a wonderful experience with Oxford. I worked with Nate and he was phenomenal. He had my brakes looked at and told me they were worn but still had some life on them. I appreciated his honesty. Other shops would have told me the work needed done. Great customer service! Thank you Oxford, thank you Nate.
Fast, easy service.
It’s hard to find a good place that you can trust to work on your families vehicles, but have found that with Oxford! Joe over at the Powell/Sunbury location and team went above and beyond! Told us what “needed” fixed and what we could put off. Very comfortable with the prices they quoted as well. They also back up…
I recently had my 2017 Lexus RX 350 serviced at Oxford automotive in Powell. Nate was very professional and pleasant to work with, and they provide detailed descriptions of what service was needed including photos. I would highly recommend them!
Professional. Efficient. Nice waiting area. Excellent service!
Good experience, staff was courteous and very helpful. The shop was clean and appeared to run very efficiently. My 1st time taking this vehicle somewhere other than the dealership for service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommend!
Wow! This place is awesome! My repair was explained to me in a way I understood. The showed me the damage and we discussed what would be done! They are so professional and what really caught my attention was they are believers and the business reflects that. I will get all my repairs done here in the future. I…
Very friendly service. Prompt and reasonable pricing.
Great communication, friendly and clean shop. I’ve had the team at Oxford help me several times now with repairs and routine maintenance. Thank you again for fair and honest service.
Great people, good service, fair price.
Wonderful service with reasonable prices
Oxford has proven to be the best decision I’ve made for servicing my vehicles! I had always been dealer service only for my Audi and Range Rover. Oxford has been great with brand specific techs, and much better pricing and warranty than the dealer! They also don’t try to sell me lots of add-ons my vehicle doesn’t…
The best automotive experience ever. I purchased a used truck and on the third day was left stranded with a transmission issue. Oxford Automotive was the bright spot in this entire endeavor. I worked with Joe as a service advisor, Tim, the manager, and even the technician. The price was very fair. They were right in…
Excellent people to deal with. Very friendly and got me in and out same day no problems. Seemed overpriced but I didn't do a lot of research. They used OEM parts which adds to the cost.
I don’t often go out of my way to write a Google review, but these guys deserve a good one. Kassi processed my issue and was very communicative. When I went in after the full inspection she presented both what I was asking for along with the full list of anything else I might need done. She wasn’t pushy at all for…
Very knowledgeable and professional. Courteous too. Reasonable price for replacing all 4 brake pads, all 4 rotors and 1 caliper. They also had a rental car availability as well
Very efficient, fair pricing, nice people. Been using the Powell location for past 18 months. Would recommend.
Everything requested was completed, and when additional labor and parts were required, I was contacted and advised of issue and given a thorough explanation before proceeding with my approval. Excellent quality. Courteous, professional staff.
Very knowledgeable and professional service! Trust them with the care and handling of ALL of our vehicles!
This was my third trip to Oxford Automotive. Each visit was for an entirely different reason from a basic oil change to a serious mechanical problem. All were treated with interest , care , concern and professionalism along with a clear explanation of what is going on, their recommendation along with an important…
Very convenient and knowledgeable place for car service in the Powell area. I was able to easily schedule and drop off my car. When my car was ready they even picked me up. Their text communication was very helpful for me and I have to assume if that’s not for you they will call as well. My in laws have found…
