After years of unsatisfactory, overpriced, and possibly even fraudulent maintenance from the service departments of all three of Columbus’ local Ford dealerships, I finally got fed up and sought a second opinion regarding work that needed to be completed on my Ford Explorer. Oxford Automative in Powell was able to…
Two experiences, one fine, and the 2nd was so bad I'll never be back. Quickly fixed the issue with my car (shift cable, owner response mentioned oil change, which I had them do since it was already there); provided great service and results. Communicated well and kept me updated. I suggested that a family member…
Fantastic service Prices definitely better than the dealership Will continue to utilize their facility
The whole team at Oxford was terrific! I am always worried where I take my car because I have always had bad luck at Midas, Grismer, and even the dealerships. When it comes to owning a European you want to take care of your vehicle. I was a first time customer and my Jetta was about to hit 100K pretty soon, and…
They quickly analyzed my dash light issues and replaced the MAF unit. I didn't have an appointment but they worked me in. In by 9, finished by 2.
Nate and the team evaluated a used car I was considering purchasing from a dealer. His demeanor, especially patience, immediately put me at ease and instilled confidence. The evaluation prompted numerous questions from me, all of which he clearly answered. I will certainly return to Oxford in Powell for any future service.
Friendly and professional staff. Great customer service.
Easy scheduling and drop box experience. Great communication and service.
I cannot speak highly enough of Oxford Automotive - Powell location. The team who I spoke with, both Gabby and Joe, were warm and very informative to speak with both in person and on the phone. The inspection report they provide is very thorough and includes pictures of all parts of the vehicle that were inspected.…
They do a thorough review of any items that need to be serviced and provide photographs . Mechanics and service advisors explain any questions you have. Service advisor (Gabby) Was great to work with and always kept me informed as to what was happening with my vehicle. I couldn’t ask for a better service.
Wonderful service with reasonable prices
Oxford has proven to be the best decision I’ve made for servicing my vehicles! I had always been dealer service only for my Audi and Range Rover. Oxford has been great with brand specific techs, and much better pricing and warranty than the dealer! They also don’t try to sell me lots of add-ons my vehicle doesn’t…
Great service!
As an employee of the automotive industry, I'm always paranoid about keeping my car in great shape for the long run, especially with the price of a new car nowadays - I want to avoid that for as long as possible. With this in mind, Oxford is the only place that I will be trusting to touch my car (aside from myself)…
Prompt service and prices are competitive. They always go the extra mile to exceeded expectations.
Great through communication on service ant repair process. Timely and efficient repairs after explanation of need. Thank you!
Told me I had metal shavings in my engine and that’s why I was getting little oil pressure. They wanted to drop a new engine in the truck for around $9,000. Took it to a buddy who looked at it and the truck had zero metal shavings just needed a new oil pump. Careful with this place. I used to think they were honest too.
My car was brought to the westerville location, $500 just to look over everything that the previous mechanic had done. It ended up needing to be sent to their Powell location ($3000 to this first one)..next location, it was there for months. We never complained, never rushed, just would call to check in from time to…
It is difficult to find a good auto repair shop with competent mechanics. Oxford Automotive exceeded my expectations in every way. Outstanding service, dependability and professionalism. I will return for future repairs that might be needed and will happily recommend them to others. Thanks so much guys!
Very pleased with the service, responsive and timely, able to utilize free transportation to and from service location. Very impressive operation
I would not take my care anywhere else. I trust them & count on their great service!
If you have a European car, This is where to take it when it needs help. These folks are professional and just plain GOOD!! Brian went the extra mile (more like 2 miles) to be as helpful as possible. I have a BMW 535xi and I will never take it anywhere else for service except Oxford Automotive. If you really…
My daughter actually recommended Oxford Automotive Powell when the engine light came on in my car. I'm so glad I followed her advise. The staff are very professional, informative, friendly and the service was great. It took a week for the ordered parts to come in to complete the work so they graciously provided…
I went to Oxford Auto for my first time due to all of the great reviews online, and I was not disappointed! Their services are AMAZING, and my car is driving better than it was before. I am definitely going to take my car to Oxford Auto for any additional maintenance or repairs. I highly recommend!
We love Oxford Automotive. They were extremely thorough on the services they provided for my daughters vehicle prior to going to college. I was comfortable sending her to drive a couple hundred miles away because I knew her car was reliable and safe since Oxford looked over it. They also worked on my BMW when one…
Where to even begin? Oxford automotive is hands-down the best automotive repair shop I have ever experienced! In a nutshell, you bring your car to them, they email you within hours with a full diagnostic of your entire car, not just what’s wrong with it! I never felt pressured either when they would point out the…
Oxford automotive is the benchmark for automotive repair. If you want a clean, professional body shop with friendly staff and knowledgeable technicians this is where you want to be. Fair prices, accurate estimates and consistent communication have made them my mechanics of choice.
I found Oxford via a Google search. It seemed like they really pushed for people to write positive reviews. So I was skeptical. (Companies can't win! Very positive reviews, skeptical. Negative review, not considered.) It turns out the experience was truly as good as the reviewers said it was. I took my Certified…
Hands down the best auto repair experience I’ve ever had! They were incredibly thorough with my vehicle, sent multiple pictures and updates along the way, and fully transparent with cost and price. I will use them for any vehicle I drive in the future, as well as recommend them to anyone I know needing service!
Good honest quality work! Zack is always amazing behind the front desk. They are very proactive in potential problems in the future on my vehicle which I appreciate it because it saves me time and money! I can't recommend them enough. 🙂
Incredibly friendly group and very positive experience. H
Excellent customer service, clean lobby, love that they offer the convenience of a rental car, and after-hours drop-off if needed.
The team at Oxford is awesome! Very friendly and helpful. The ball did get dropped when my service advisor left mid-repair. When the GM, Ben found out he immediately fixed the situation. He did not charge me for the repair that got missed and delivered the car to my home over an hour away! They truly value their…
I always appreciate their thoroughness. They are always my first “go to” company for all of my vehicles.
I have nothing but the best to say about Ben, Amy and the team at Oxford. I paid for a post purchase inspection of a used vehicle that I bought, and they diagnosed a number of issues, but also brought peace of mind by confirming that the rest of the vehicle was in good shape. I didn't compare pricing to other shops…
I have taken my Jaguar in twice and both times received excellent service! Matt and Joey were fantastic! Will continue to bring my vehicle in for services needed!
Excellent service, knowledgeable technicians, and honest people. I wish more businesses were like Oxford.
