My car was acting odd. Not clear why several electrical issues were happening, finally I needed a "jump" to get it started. Oxford did a diagnostic and identified a weak/dead battery cell was at the heart of my issues. Replaced the battery and all is well.

Oxford worked on my 2012 Lexus RX350. Had an alternator that was causing some battery issues. Through vehicle inspection found a leak in coolant system. Repaired those issues.

Checked and replaced completely dead battery. All works fine now.
I went to Oxford as an alternative to the dealership service that I typically use. Scheduling an appointment was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. They diagnosed the electrical system and replaced the battery. Before we wrapped up I received detailed pictures of a problem they found with the battery.
