We needed to have our mother's vehicle checked for any pre sale issues as well as new brakes. They were able to have the parts and work done by the next day which was extremely helpful for our timeline.
I’m very pleased with the service I had on my 2017 Buick Envision
Very professional and fast in what they do. Gave me a detailed analysis of what’s going wrong and what would it take to fix it along with the pricing. Fair pricing as well. Gabbie was very good in keeping me up to speed on the status.
It’s hard to find a good place that you can trust to work on your families vehicles, but have found that with Oxford! Joe over at the Powell/Sunbury location and team went above and beyond! Told us what “needed” fixed and what we could put off. Very comfortable with the prices they quoted as well. They also back up…
They always do a great job at Oxford. Very professional, great communicators, and a convenient process to get my BMW in and out of service to work with my schedule.
My check light came on while I was driving to work so the car stopped pulling. I managed to auto zone and diagnosed shows that my fuel sensor is not working. I quickly checked online and found Oxford automobile service. I called them and the reception was quite good so drove my 2020 Mercedes GLC 300 to the shop.…
I cannot speak highly enough of Oxford Automotive - Powell location. The team who I spoke with, both Gabby and Joe, were warm and very informative to speak with both in person and on the phone. The inspection report they provide is very thorough and includes pictures of all parts of the vehicle that were inspected.…
I continue to be impressed with the friendly service + attention to detail at Oxford Automotive. Because I didn't wait for my car in the (very comfortable) waiting room, they sent me photos of the bumper-to-bumper inspection with a thorough explanation of the process + results. The transparency is best in class.
Oxford took care of my brakes making grinding noises and needing replacement. Fair priced for labor, no nonsense or delay in service once I selected what I wanted.
Great communication, friendly and clean shop. I’ve had the team at Oxford help me several times now with repairs and routine maintenance. Thank you again for fair and honest service.
Had an issue with my car on the way to work and decided to go home and look for places to get it looked at. I was able to make an appointment online for that morning (LOVED that!) and the people at the front desk were nothing but amazing when walking in. I had the pleasure of working with Joe upfront and Adam worked…
Absolutely fantastic shop and team. Exceptional transparency and they always go above and beyond. Very lucky to have them right up the road in Powell.
Great experience with Oxford Automotive Powell. They were able to successfully patch a tire on my 2022 Audi Q5 that had a nail hole in it. They also suggested doing the 40k maintenance that was due (spark plugs and brake fluid flush) and it didn’t feel pushy at all. The service advisor (Gabby if my memory serves…
Just had another great experience with Oxford in Powell. I dropped my car off and asked that it be completed by 10:00 am and boom…..it was finished by 10. I love the ease of dropping off the night before and having it done like this. And I like the professionalism of this company!!
Every time I use Oxford, I wonder why I don't always use them... Friendly, knowledgeable team, loaner cars, competitive rates, quick diagnosis and repairs, what more could you want?
They got my car in and out. Transportation from and to. Very courteous. Took a tour of their facility, very nice
Very good experience.
Oxford will get the job done correctly for you. There service is great! It won’t be the cheapest but there model is to not cut corners. And they work on a lot of different brands of vehicles.
Excellent, fast service. Very professional. Will use again!
Very pleased with the service, responsive and timely, able to utilize free transportation to and from service location. Very impressive operation
I would not take my care anywhere else. I trust them & count on their great service!
Great experience! Oxford takes care of your vehicle, is extremely transparent and the costs are very competitive with the rest of the market. I would recommend that anyone in the area take a hard look at Oxford for all of your automotive maintenance/repair needs!

Oxford came highly recommended to me on NextDoor, and after using them, I see why. They provide a professional, no-nonsense experience and get the job done. I trust them and will use them again.
Great experience. Highly recommend. Wonderful customer service and expertise.
First of all, i am very meticulous about my car, i babied my car like my own child. So when I’m trying to get my car serviced, I don’t cut corner and always trying to get the best auto service out there. I know my car well enough and I will know when an auto shop B.S ing me. Oxford is one of those shop that will…
I had gone to two different auto shops before coming to Oxford Automotive, and neither shop could determine what was causing my car to stall. Oxford Automotive found the issue and was very clear and upfront with me in regards to what needed to be fixed. Since taking my car to their facility, I haven’t had an issue.
I have 2 teenagers and 4 cars in the family - 2 cars getting a bit high in mileage. Oxford Automotive is wonderful. They are honest, a great value and do quality work. Two of my cars are ‘luxury’ brands - Audi and Lexus and I could never afford taking them to those dealers - outrageous prices!
These guys are great. They have always done a great job and treated me with kindness and respect. Can't recommend them enough.
We love Oxford Automotive. They were extremely thorough on the services they provided for my daughters vehicle prior to going to college. I was comfortable sending her to drive a couple hundred miles away because I knew her car was reliable and safe since Oxford looked over it. They also worked on my BMW when one…
Am new to the Powell area and was looking to get my Honda Ridgeline worked on as I needed my brake pads replaced, was due for a transmission flush and oil change. I looked around and decided to try out Oxford. Really blown away by my experience. Took my truck in 7/20 and they ran a diagnostics and emailed me the a…
Best service anywhere!
They did excellent work on my brakes after receiving multiple inconsistent quotes and details from other places. Also there was a vibrating noise under the car that even the dealership could not resolve got fixed by them. The car drove like brand new when I picked it up. Brian was very informative and transparent…
Oxford was able to take care of my vehicle in a very cost effective manner installing a factory brake upgrade of large rotors and calipers and a factory exhaust without paying the dealer markup. I’ve had these components now for a couple months and it’s 100% perfect as you would expect from professionals. Can’t…
Hands down the best auto repair experience I’ve ever had! They were incredibly thorough with my vehicle, sent multiple pictures and updates along the way, and fully transparent with cost and price. I will use them for any vehicle I drive in the future, as well as recommend them to anyone I know needing service!
This was hands down the best service experience I have ever had. Amy was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Ben provided me with a detailed list of items that had been checked and the photos for each item. The cost was detailed and I was contacted with all the information prior to the work being started. The…
Great service at a fair price. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly!
Wonderful Service! Had a diagnostic check up of my 2010 Range Rover. Highly Informative, extremely professional, upfront with cost and provided ease of communication with text or email if needed. I can’t speak more highly of the quality of service Oxford Automotive provide my husband and I. I first called and spoke with Amy, who was such a joy to speak with and made me instantly feel welcome even though I was speaking to her on the phone.
