Got new brakes and tires. Nate was super communicative and clear. Love the photo assessments of the vehicle and full scan they do. They also had a courtesy vehicle I was able to drive during repair! Then they gave out flowers at pickup! Above and beyond what I’ve experienced in my life so far with shops!
Great service, competitive pricing & highly detailed inspection report, costing & photos. Replaced water pump, rear brakes and general fluid replacements and oil change. Highly recommend and will be my first choice for any additional automotive repairs.
Nate and the team evaluated a used car I was considering purchasing from a dealer. His demeanor, especially patience, immediately put me at ease and instilled confidence. The evaluation prompted numerous questions from me, all of which he clearly answered. I will certainly return to Oxford in Powell for any future service.
It’s hard to find a good place that you can trust to work on your families vehicles, but have found that with Oxford! Joe over at the Powell/Sunbury location and team went above and beyond! Told us what “needed” fixed and what we could put off. Very comfortable with the prices they quoted as well. They also back up…
I recently had my 2017 Lexus RX 350 serviced at Oxford automotive in Powell. Nate was very professional and pleasant to work with, and they provide detailed descriptions of what service was needed including photos. I would highly recommend them!
Always receive great service and feel they have our best interest in mind by providing honest assessments & recommendations vs dealerships where they push unnecessary recommendations as priorities.
My check light came on while I was driving to work so the car stopped pulling. I managed to auto zone and diagnosed shows that my fuel sensor is not working. I quickly checked online and found Oxford automobile service. I called them and the reception was quite good so drove my 2020 Mercedes GLC 300 to the shop.…
I cannot speak highly enough of Oxford Automotive - Powell location. The team who I spoke with, both Gabby and Joe, were warm and very informative to speak with both in person and on the phone. The inspection report they provide is very thorough and includes pictures of all parts of the vehicle that were inspected.…
Oxford took care of my brakes making grinding noises and needing replacement. Fair priced for labor, no nonsense or delay in service once I selected what I wanted.
Great communication, friendly and clean shop. I’ve had the team at Oxford help me several times now with repairs and routine maintenance. Thank you again for fair and honest service.
I don’t often go out of my way to write a Google review, but these guys deserve a good one. Kassi processed my issue and was very communicative. When I went in after the full inspection she presented both what I was asking for along with the full list of anything else I might need done. She wasn’t pushy at all for…
Everything was done professionally and correctly and at the estimated price.
Every time I use Oxford, I wonder why I don't always use them... Friendly, knowledgeable team, loaner cars, competitive rates, quick diagnosis and repairs, what more could you want?
Called Oxford for an emergency tow and diagnostic for my car. They were pleasant and prompt and were able to enlighten me on what was going on with my vintage automobile. I highly recommend them.
Everything requested was completed, and when additional labor and parts were required, I was contacted and advised of issue and given a thorough explanation before proceeding with my approval. Excellent quality. Courteous, professional staff.
I highly recommend Oxford Automotive they are quick and do quality work. The price is fair also.
Very friendly people! Service done in a timely manner
The service was great and I appreciate they don’t try to over sell.
Absolutely the best shop in the area. They are always super responsive to requests and give you a full detailed report on things that need to be fixed immediately or eventually. They have worked on our Toyota Corolla, Honda Fit, Ram ProMaster City, and now our Chevrolet Express. If you're looking for a shop that does customer service right - this is it.
Did a great job!
Personal attention was given me to know the overall condition of my vehicle. This allowed me to make an informed decision about the work needing to be done and better understand the cost/benefit of doing the repairs. I'm extremely happy with the effort they presented to give me a "best solution" to my problem. A…
very professional. Very friendly! Timely service! They came highly recommended by family members. Will definitely go back.
Kept me updated, assisted me in coordinating my ride back home and the result was great. Would definitely recommend
Finally found a shop I trust. These guys are very thorough, explain any issues they find, do not pressure you at all, provide a solid quote on repairs that you authorize and then do the work exceptionally well. What more can you ask for? They have earned my.business.
My first visit here was so wonderful! They were very professional, prompt, and communicative with their service. I loved the online functions for the service estimates. They even fixed my front bumper that had been askew for awhile! Great service.
Am new to the Powell area and was looking to get my Honda Ridgeline worked on as I needed my brake pads replaced, was due for a transmission flush and oil change. I looked around and decided to try out Oxford. Really blown away by my experience. Took my truck in 7/20 and they ran a diagnostics and emailed me the a…
I decided to give a local auto shop a chance when I needed an oil change and an estimate to repair a creaking sound under my car. The oil change was fine, and upon reviewing the sounds coming from my car it was determined that I needed new front brake pads and rotors (which I knew was coming eventually) but they…
Oxford was able to take care of my vehicle in a very cost effective manner installing a factory brake upgrade of large rotors and calipers and a factory exhaust without paying the dealer markup. I’ve had these components now for a couple months and it’s 100% perfect as you would expect from professionals. Can’t…
Awesome and honest service! They have the best communication with customers! I will return for future maintenance / repair!
Ben and his team at Oxford have yet again exceeded my expectations! Started with the loaner car, the constant texts or phone calls about the status of the work or just making everything easy not to mention the value of the work completed. I see why this small business will be around in Powell for a very long time. Thanks Ben!
Technicians show exemplary customer service and are very friendly.
The Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. They figured out the issue in 2 hours compared to the dealership who couldn’t find anything wrong in a whole day!
Very welcoming and professional. I took my Jaguar to them because I feared it needed a timing chain replacement. They inspected the car very thoroughly and (Thankfully) informed me that the engine was in very good order. They also bled my brakes, diagnosed a faulty tire pressure monitoring system, and changed out a…
