Got new brakes and tires. Nate was super communicative and clear. Love the photo assessments of the vehicle and full scan they do. They also had a courtesy vehicle I was able to drive during repair! Then they gave out flowers at pickup! Above and beyond what I’ve experienced in my life so far with shops!
Great service, competitive pricing & highly detailed inspection report, costing & photos. Replaced water pump, rear brakes and general fluid replacements and oil change. Highly recommend and will be my first choice for any additional automotive repairs.
Nate and the team evaluated a used car I was considering purchasing from a dealer. His demeanor, especially patience, immediately put me at ease and instilled confidence. The evaluation prompted numerous questions from me, all of which he clearly answered. I will certainly return to Oxford in Powell for any future service.
