Nate and the team evaluated a used car I was considering purchasing from a dealer. His demeanor, especially patience, immediately put me at ease and instilled confidence. The evaluation prompted numerous questions from me, all of which he clearly answered. I will certainly return to Oxford in Powell for any future service.
My car was acting odd. Not clear why several electrical issues were happening, finally I needed a "jump" to get it started. Oxford did a diagnostic and identified a weak/dead battery cell was at the heart of my issues. Replaced the battery and all is well.
Every time I use Oxford, I wonder why I don't always use them... Friendly, knowledgeable team, loaner cars, competitive rates, quick diagnosis and repairs, what more could you want?
