This place was suggested to me by a friend, so far the experiance has been great, i was working with Nate who is the service coordinator, he truly is exceptional, friendly and very polite, tries to undertand all the concerns and gets them taken care. Also one main thing i have noticed here is they send you a…
Took my car in for coolant system issue. They did one very simple test of the coolant and found indications of oil in the coolant. Charged me $200 and said I needed a new engine at a cost of $18000. Their diagnostics did not provide any information about what was wrong with the engine specifically that needed fixed,…
Two experiences, one fine, and the 2nd was so bad I'll never be back. Quickly fixed the issue with my car (shift cable, owner response mentioned oil change, which I had them do since it was already there); provided great service and results. Communicated well and kept me updated. I suggested that a family member…
The whole team at Oxford was terrific! I am always worried where I take my car because I have always had bad luck at Midas, Grismer, and even the dealerships. When it comes to owning a European you want to take care of your vehicle. I was a first time customer and my Jetta was about to hit 100K pretty soon, and…
Quoted hundreds less than my usual shop. Best customer service I’ve had in years. They shuttled me home and my car was ready the next day. I’ll be coming back for any and all future car problems.
Great communication. Service was as quoted. Provided car for an appointment I had. Positive experience. Buick Regal Oil Change. Same day while I waited.
James Church and his crew have always been good to me. I had a list of things that a Honda dealership said I needed done, so I took it to them for a second opinion. Most of the stuff didn't need to be done and what did need to be done was so much cheaper than the dealership. I really like this place.
We use Oxford for most/all of our car repairs. Our 2010 Suburban had a serious oil leak and required replacement of the oil pan gasket. Oxford expertly identified the issue and their thorough vehicle inspection also IDd that front brake pads and rotors were also in need of replacement. Oxford has proven to be an…
Very knowledgeable and professional service! Trust them with the care and handling of ALL of our vehicles!
Both locations are top notch and do their very best to take care of their customers.
If you have a European car, This is where to take it when it needs help. These folks are professional and just plain GOOD!! Brian went the extra mile (more like 2 miles) to be as helpful as possible. I have a BMW 535xi and I will never take it anywhere else for service except Oxford Automotive. If you really…
Excellent professional service. I will become a regular customer for my cars service needs
Oxford automotive is the benchmark for automotive repair. If you want a clean, professional body shop with friendly staff and knowledgeable technicians this is where you want to be. Fair prices, accurate estimates and consistent communication have made them my mechanics of choice.
Very fast and professional. Had my car back the day after I dropped it off.
Our experience with Oxford Automotive was, hands down, the best vehicle repair experience we’ve ever had. The folks at Oxford were communicative, friendly, and patient with all our questions. They performed the work in a timely manner and saved us about $1,000 from what the dealer had quoted us for the exact same work.
Great service at a fair price. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly!
On a family camping trip and had a water pump go out on a Monday night. Had truck delivered to Oxford motors and they started on it Tuesday morning and had it finished Wednesday night. Then they delivered the truck to me at the campground. Truck runs great and a pleasure to work with and knowing our camping trip could continue with the prompt service.
I always appreciate their thoroughness. They are always my first “go to” company for all of my vehicles.
I have nothing but the best to say about Ben, Amy and the team at Oxford. I paid for a post purchase inspection of a used vehicle that I bought, and they diagnosed a number of issues, but also brought peace of mind by confirming that the rest of the vehicle was in good shape. I didn't compare pricing to other shops…
Excellent service, knowledgeable technicians, and honest people. I wish more businesses were like Oxford.
