After years of unsatisfactory, overpriced, and possibly even fraudulent maintenance from the service departments of all three of Columbus’ local Ford dealerships, I finally got fed up and sought a second opinion regarding work that needed to be completed on my Ford Explorer. Oxford Automative in Powell was able to…
Two experiences, one fine, and the 2nd was so bad I'll never be back. Quickly fixed the issue with my car (shift cable, owner response mentioned oil change, which I had them do since it was already there); provided great service and results. Communicated well and kept me updated. I suggested that a family member…
Oxford consistently provides great customer service and quality work for my car. It was easy to schedule an appointment on their website, and the turnaround time for my car was super quick. Thank you, Oxford!
I’m very pleased with the service I had on my 2017 Buick Envision
Great service & communication!
Excellent customer service! I was given a full diagnostic after dedicated and thorough troubleshooting. Nate found more affordable options of the same quality. The service tech performed high quality maintenance.
Excellent experience at Oxford Automotive! The team was friendly, professional, and provided a quick turnaround without sacrificing quality. They explained everything clearly, kept me informed throughout the process, and had my Land Rover Defender was ready sooner than I expected. It’s refreshing to find a shop…
They have have not faltered in the service as long as I've been going to them.
Great service, competitive pricing & highly detailed inspection report, costing & photos. Replaced water pump, rear brakes and general fluid replacements and oil change. Highly recommend and will be my first choice for any additional automotive repairs.
Oxford Automotive have been servicing my car as well as my son’s for the past few years. They are honest, reason and try to work around your schedule for transportation needs when needed. Something you don’t get from an auto shop very often anymore. Highly recommend them!
Neue Reifen auf meinem Tesla Model 3. Die Ausrichtung wurde als Teil des Services gemacht. Alles lief gut. Die Kommunikation mit der Werkstatt war super.
Joe and Gabby are always a pleasure to deal with. Reasonable prices and top notch work. I highly recommend Oxford Powell.
Friendly and professional staff. Great customer service.
My experience was pleasant. They got me in in short notice. Provided me with way home and then made the extra effort for me to to pick up me for return even after pickup driver was to be off. They provided excellent service. I would like to thank all the staff.
My car was acting odd. Not clear why several electrical issues were happening, finally I needed a "jump" to get it started. Oxford did a diagnostic and identified a weak/dead battery cell was at the heart of my issues. Replaced the battery and all is well.
It’s hard to find a good place that you can trust to work on your families vehicles, but have found that with Oxford! Joe over at the Powell/Sunbury location and team went above and beyond! Told us what “needed” fixed and what we could put off. Very comfortable with the prices they quoted as well. They also back up…
This is not my first time using Oxford and I’ve been really pleased with each service! First with my 2004 Corolla this past year and now with my 2021 Ford Escape. Their prices are fair and their work excellent!-id highly recommend.
Extremely pleased with the services provided by manager (Joe) and service writer (Nate). Looking for local service in Powell, OH for German automobile once new car service warranty had expired. Oxford technician completed necessary “B” service and provided a vehicle inspection report verifying the overall…
I recently had my 2017 Lexus RX 350 serviced at Oxford automotive in Powell. Nate was very professional and pleasant to work with, and they provide detailed descriptions of what service was needed including photos. I would highly recommend them!
Always receive great service and feel they have our best interest in mind by providing honest assessments & recommendations vs dealerships where they push unnecessary recommendations as priorities.
Professional. Efficient. Nice waiting area. Excellent service!
Friendly staff and provided comprehensive information about services that are needed in the futere for my vehicle
I cannot speak highly enough of Oxford Automotive - Powell location. The team who I spoke with, both Gabby and Joe, were warm and very informative to speak with both in person and on the phone. The inspection report they provide is very thorough and includes pictures of all parts of the vehicle that were inspected.…
Just had my 2018 Audi S5 Cabriolet serviced at Oxford automotive. They were able to accommodate me on the same day that I called. They quoted me a one hour wait and they were exactly on time. They explained to me what they did in detail. I was extremely pleased with the service. The cost of the service was very…
Another great experience getting my car repaired at Oxford. The customer service is exceptional and I love that they never try to up sell.
Honestly - I highly recommend this place. They were super fast and thorough in their process. Also great people working at the front desk.
Oxford auto Powell took care of my car's needs in a very timely manor. They also provided a loaner car to me while my car as being serviced. Pleasant staff, highly recommend.
Had an issue with my car on the way to work and decided to go home and look for places to get it looked at. I was able to make an appointment online for that morning (LOVED that!) and the people at the front desk were nothing but amazing when walking in. I had the pleasure of working with Joe upfront and Adam worked…
Great service and competitive pricing! They even re-aligned my fuel door at no cost to me. Tim was super helpful and my truck drives great; looking forward to the next 100,000 miles!
Oxford has proven to be the best decision I’ve made for servicing my vehicles! I had always been dealer service only for my Audi and Range Rover. Oxford has been great with brand specific techs, and much better pricing and warranty than the dealer! They also don’t try to sell me lots of add-ons my vehicle doesn’t…
Great service!
I found this place after my son-in-law had a great experience here. I’ve had two services done in the last couple weeks. Oil change on a Porsche and brakes put on the vehicle. I have 60,000 miles on my car and they worked with me to get the price down. They beat my dealers price considerably. They were friendly,…
Tim and The Oxford Team go out of their way to ensure you are completely satisfied. Their pricing is very competitive if not better than others. The free shuttle is awesome too! THx. Mike
Oxford Automotive always does an excellent job on all my my automobiles needs over the years. I would highly recommend them because of their service and professionalism.
I had an excellent experience with Oxford Automotive Powell! From start to finish, their team was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, gave me a fair and transparent estimate, and completed the work quickly without cutting corners. I would highly…
This is a cutting edge organization when it comes to a customer experience. They use texts and pictures to stay in perfect communication from start to finish. They were very proficient working with my extended warranty company, so i didn't have to. I recommend them highly.
A “hidden gem” of auto repair & service here! By far, my most pleasant experience in an auto shop. Oxford Automotive was referred to me by my Dad, with an accompanying 1st time customer coupon that couldn’t be beat for the services performed. A family-owned company that employs an exceptionally pleasant & highly…
Oxford performed a 30k mile service n my 2020 Buick Enclave. Fantastic experience. Easy to schedule. Beautiful facility. Efficient. Excellent customer service.
I’ve been taking my vehicles to Oxford for a while. Previously was taking them to the Delaware location but this time I visited the Powell location and experienced the same great customer service and great repair and service work. With a European car their pricing is half of what I would have to pay at a dealership.
Tim and Jim were absolutely fantastic with their communication and in-depth photos and explanations regarding my vehicle repairs. I will continue using Oxford for all of our future repairs and maintenance work. Highly recommend!
Outstanding service. Very communicative. Not pushy and really were very good consulting with what needed fixed and what could wait.
Oxford Automotive is not a trustworthy company. They have not dealt honestly with me or my daughter and have not even followed up with my concerns like the said they would. They made two major mistakes, missing the fact that there was LOW ENGINE COOLANT (They did not note this in the inspection report or tell us,…
Convenient, friendly, and reasonably priced. I’ve been going there for most of our scheduled maintenance and occasional repair for several years. Ben and the team are top notch!
Personal, trustworthy and thorough, they did a good job and I was comfortable with their work.
I use Oxford routinely about 4 times annually for oil service and tire rotation. They offer me a fair price and the work has been very good. No hard sells for extras. Good location and comfortable wait area. They seem very trustworthy.
Every time I use Oxford, I wonder why I don't always use them... Friendly, knowledgeable team, loaner cars, competitive rates, quick diagnosis and repairs, what more could you want?
Very happy with the service and repairs. Staff was fantastic and the jobs were done right and fairly priced! They go out of their way to help you in every aspect of you maintenance! I will be back!
The staff at Oxford is great at working with my busy schedule and always does a fantastic job explaining their course of action with repairs to my car. The prices are more than reasonable and the customer service takes them over the top.
Great through communication on service ant repair process. Timely and efficient repairs after explanation of need. Thank you!
Great service, fair prices, and honest staff. Oxford providing a loaner car during service or giving me a rid back home has been a game changer for me.
Staff was very polite and professional throughout the process. Everything was well communicated to me. My wife recommended this place to me and I will tell you I’m glad I took my car there. I have already recommended this place to a coworker so I highly recommend to anyone looking for automotive services.
Very knowledgeable and professional service! Trust them with the care and handling of ALL of our vehicles!
This was my third trip to Oxford Automotive. Each visit was for an entirely different reason from a basic oil change to a serious mechanical problem. All were treated with interest , care , concern and professionalism along with a clear explanation of what is going on, their recommendation along with an important…
This is the most honest auto shop in town.
Both locations are top notch and do their very best to take care of their customers.
Everyone was very friendly. Service was quick and cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
My husband and I are new to the area and we needed to find an automotive shop. We just happened to receive a mailer from Oxford Automotive and decided to give them a try. We were not disappointed! Everyone we interacted with were so professional and courteous. Each part of the process was a positive one- from…
Won't take my vehicles anywhere else
Very honest and upfront about all of the repairs. All repairs were done in a timely manner. Thank you very much.
Jeff and the team over at Oxford Automotive are awesome. The communication between phone calls emails and text messages is top notch. Services fast and efficient, and done with the utmost quality that is lacking today within the automotive repair world. As the costs for everything have astronomically increased,…
It is difficult to find a good auto repair shop with competent mechanics. Oxford Automotive exceeded my expectations in every way. Outstanding service, dependability and professionalism. I will return for future repairs that might be needed and will happily recommend them to others. Thanks so much guys!
Very pleased with the service, responsive and timely, able to utilize free transportation to and from service location. Very impressive operation
Fantastic shop! They did as good or better a job than the dealer at a reduced price! Wonderful customer service!
I would not take my care anywhere else. I trust them & count on their great service!
Great experience! Oxford takes care of your vehicle, is extremely transparent and the costs are very competitive with the rest of the market. I would recommend that anyone in the area take a hard look at Oxford for all of your automotive maintenance/repair needs!
My spouse and I have been taking our cars to Oxford for years now. I'm always impressed by the high quality of service we receive and how well they keep us updated. The most recent experience involved us needing a rental car which they offer and they even dropped it off at my workplace. If they find something wrong…
I was satisfied with the work performed on my 12 year old car. I need to maintain it to keep it running, & I have every confidence that the technicians at Oxford & the diagnostic testing tools they use are working hard to do that for me. I was provided a ride back to my home after drop off & would also have been…
Very professional and good understanding of higher end car requirements as far as check ups and following manufacture protocols.
Oxford was wonderful to work with! They replaced my brakes and did an oil change. Great communication and services were complete in same day! Also competitive pricing and you can’t beat their loaner program for $40.
If you have a European car, This is where to take it when it needs help. These folks are professional and just plain GOOD!! Brian went the extra mile (more like 2 miles) to be as helpful as possible. I have a BMW 535xi and I will never take it anywhere else for service except Oxford Automotive. If you really…
Highly recommend, everyone that works at Oxford is very friendly. Good service done right!
I needed to get in quick and they were able to fit be in! They also were quick about the repairs and only took a day! Also great communication!
The people there are great. They all take really good care of me. They are quick to run a diagnostic on the car and let me know what is wrong with it when the repairs are finished, everything works great and they always follow up with me to make sure everything is ok. I highly recommend OXFORDAUTO
My recently purchased weekend toy started making a slight squealing noise from the serpentine belt. Having just moved to the Dublin area I had no idea where to take it to be looked at. After what seemed like hours of reading reviews on repair service providers, I divided to visit Oxford’s based on the high…
Oxford came highly recommended to me on NextDoor, and after using them, I see why. They provide a professional, no-nonsense experience and get the job done. I trust them and will use them again.
Great experience. Highly recommend. Wonderful customer service and expertise.
I went to Oxford Auto for my first time due to all of the great reviews online, and I was not disappointed! Their services are AMAZING, and my car is driving better than it was before. I am definitely going to take my car to Oxford Auto for any additional maintenance or repairs. I highly recommend!
I highly recommend Oxford. Just walk in and check out before your next car repair You’ll know you’re being treated with honesty and the quality work comes with them
I am 63 years old, love my cars and make best efforts to make sure they are well cared for. I think Oxford is head and shoulders above any shop I have ever taken my car to. Very professional, do what they say in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price.
I had a fantastic experience at Oxford! They’re professional and helpful, which is a breath of fresh air. After years of being disappointed by chain auto repair spots I am so pleased that I don’t have to bring her right back to the shop because the noise/symptom is still there. I especially love the inspection email…
I have 2 teenagers and 4 cars in the family - 2 cars getting a bit high in mileage. Oxford Automotive is wonderful. They are honest, a great value and do quality work. Two of my cars are ‘luxury’ brands - Audi and Lexus and I could never afford taking them to those dealers - outrageous prices!
My first visit here was so wonderful! They were very professional, prompt, and communicative with their service. I loved the online functions for the service estimates. They even fixed my front bumper that had been askew for awhile! Great service.
Very professional. Clean and organized - they’ve got this down. When a part didn’t arrive in time for me to pick my car up they brought it to me the next day free of charge.
We love Oxford Automotive. They were extremely thorough on the services they provided for my daughters vehicle prior to going to college. I was comfortable sending her to drive a couple hundred miles away because I knew her car was reliable and safe since Oxford looked over it. They also worked on my BMW when one…
I haven't lived in this area very long, so when my 2013 car started acting up, I took it to a nearby oil change place that tested with the OBD - which showed nothing. Thought I would take it to the Buick dealer, but they couldn't see me for a month. Lucky for me, I randomly called Oxford. They scheduled me the next…
Awesome experience with my oil change. Will definitely use them again in the future.
Excellent professional service. I will become a regular customer for my cars service needs
Best service anywhere!
Where to even begin? Oxford automotive is hands-down the best automotive repair shop I have ever experienced! In a nutshell, you bring your car to them, they email you within hours with a full diagnostic of your entire car, not just what’s wrong with it! I never felt pressured either when they would point out the…
This is about the 4th time I used Oxford. They are very customer oriented, honest and competitive in pricing. If you are looking for an excellent auto service… Oxford gets my vote!!!
Awesome and honest service! They have the best communication with customers! I will return for future maintenance / repair!
I had the front wheel bearings replaced on my 2014 Ram 1500. Oxfords did a great job with the repair and got my truck done when they said they would with no issues. I would recommend they’re services to anyone! Great job guys!
I found Oxford via a Google search. It seemed like they really pushed for people to write positive reviews. So I was skeptical. (Companies can't win! Very positive reviews, skeptical. Negative review, not considered.) It turns out the experience was truly as good as the reviewers said it was. I took my Certified…
Good honest quality work! Zack is always amazing behind the front desk. They are very proactive in potential problems in the future on my vehicle which I appreciate it because it saves me time and money! I can't recommend them enough. 🙂
The customer service was amazing! Ben is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! The timeliness and service was excellent! My car is back in great shape, and I wouldn’t think about taking it elsewhere for maintenance.
As always I was able to discuss the priority of work required. With sound explanations of what was involved and essential. Thank you Ben and team.
Just received second service since moving to the Powell area in 2019. I couldn't be happier with the service or value and will only use Oxford in the future. They offer modern booking services and old fashioned customer service. 5 stars!
Professional shop with excellent communication
This was hands down the best service experience I have ever had. Amy was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Ben provided me with a detailed list of items that had been checked and the photos for each item. The cost was detailed and I was contacted with all the information prior to the work being started. The…
The team at Oxford is awesome! Very friendly and helpful. The ball did get dropped when my service advisor left mid-repair. When the GM, Ben found out he immediately fixed the situation. He did not charge me for the repair that got missed and delivered the car to my home over an hour away! They truly value their…
