2017 Acura in for Oil change, great communication from Gabby. The mechanics found oil blow at the oil pan. They sent pics. Ended up having it addressed instead of waiting. Mainly because our kid’s vehicle and will be commuting to Co-op this semester, didn’t want him to have to deal with it if it got worse. Overall good experience for first visit to Oxford.
Last time I’ll ever try to take my car to this shop. I booked what should have been a simple oil change and tire rotation after seeing the good reviews in Powell. They kept my car all day, then contacted me five minutes before closing to tell me they wouldn’t change the oil because they believed I needed a $900 oil…
Once again Oxford did a thorough assessment of my vehicle when I brought it in for an oil change. The complete diagnostics revealed a few minor issues with my vehicle. I had them take care of a few and am going to have them do the remainder in a few weeks. Once again great service from great people!
