Oxford misdiagnosed a leaking axel as a leaking brake, recommended unnecessary repairs, and quoted twice as much as it should have cost. The staff are friendly, and the facility is nice, but now I know how they pay for those things.
Service‑wise, everything was good. However, I dropped off my car in the morning when the store opened and received it only near closing time. I was told it would be ready by noon, then by 4 PM, but it still wasn’t done. I waited in the store for another 30 minutes before it was finally delivered

Our experience with Oxford Automotive was, hands down, the best vehicle repair experience we’ve ever had. The folks at Oxford were communicative, friendly, and patient with all our questions. They performed the work in a timely manner and saved us about $1,000 from what the dealer had quoted us for the exact same work.

The customer service was amazing! Ben is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! The timeliness and service was excellent! My car is back in great shape, and I wouldn’t think about taking it elsewhere for maintenance.
The entire staff was courteous, the waiting area was clean and spacious, they ran on time. Overall good value and service both times I've been there.
