2017 Acura in for Oil change, great communication from Gabby. The mechanics found oil blow at the oil pan. They sent pics. Ended up having it addressed instead of waiting. Once again Oxford did a thorough assessment of my vehicle when I brought it in for an oil change. The complete diagnostics revealed a few minor issues with my vehicle. I had them take care of a few and am going to have them do the remainder in a few weeks. Once again great service from great people!

Oxford misdiagnosed a leaking axel as a leaking brake, recommended unnecessary repairs, and quoted twice as much as it should have cost. The staff are friendly, and the facility is nice, but now I know how they pay for those things.
Service‑wise, everything was good. However, I dropped off my car in the morning when the store opened and received it only near closing time. I was told it would be ready by noon, then by 4 PM, but it still wasn’t done. I waited in the store for another 30 minutes before it was finally delivered
I took my 2002 Lexus SC430 to Oxford Automotive for service and was very happy with everything. The people are very friendly and personable and the waiting area is large with coffee service. I will return to have the recommended additional service performed. I highly recommend the place.
